The hotel location is near to nagoya Hill shopping mall and room is big and scenery is beautiful. All facilities is working in good condition, look clean and newly. Is a hotel to recommend to friend and relatives.

This is not my first stay at this hotel which is conveniently located near BCS & a wet market that sells souvenirs and titbits too. The staff are helpful and friendly. I reported defects on the bed and they immediately offer me another room after checking. They also allow earlier check in when I reach the hotel earlier than expected. Overall It was a very good stay at this hotel.

we will stay in this Hotel again for our next Batam trip.Location is good!!Avoid the Hustling traffic.Upgraded to Deluxe Room by topping up.Came with Balcony with Awesome Scenic views.Up peak location thus very Windy!!Place and Room is Clean!Swimming was Enjoyable too..Love the breakfast!!Room service food was Great too.We had a very pleasant 2 nights stay!Staffs were warm and friendly!Many Thumbs up for Crown Vista Hotel!!Cons:Pls change all the Pillows..too flat.Cushion was Smelly!!Overall:No Regrets!

Hotel is a stone's throw from Harbour Bay ferry terminal and it decorated our room and gifted small cakes for my husband's birthday. Bedding is comfortable and the hotel offered a wide selection of breakfast items! It's wonderful stay and thanks for making it a memorable one for us!
