the hotel is very clean and smells good. it is very accessible and the location is very good. services are likewise good. no breakfast in the hotel. the staff are very helpful. the lobby is quite small so there will be some queueing during peak hours of checking in. checking out is very easy

I enjoyed my stay at Parkroyal Collection Hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. The services and facilities are great. I enjoyed the variety of food offered for the breakfast. There is also a bar located at ground floor near the lobby where I can grab my drink. It is also nearby to shopping centres at Bukit Bintang 👍

At first I was hestitant to book here but this hotel is by far the best hotel that I have stayed in Kuala Lumpur. The club lounge service is also top notch. Oliver and the club lounge staffs are all very hospitable, it felt like home. Food also was great. Plus the hotel offers a buggy service to and from Suria KLCC. Excellent location right inside the mall, which makes everything very convenient. The room was clean and well-kept. Although there were no bottled drinks provided, the hotel prepared a sterilised bottle for guests to refill drinking water, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. Tip: Don’t book the room with breakfast included — it’s cheaper to pay at the hotel, now promotion at RM25 per pax.

everything was good. we really had so much fun here, especially my kid. location is very close to many attraction so it took a short duration for food delivery. good maintenance of cleanliness. staff were polite. we really enjoy the private pool, infinity pool, sky deck and even the gym with magnificent view. definitely will come again.

This is my fourth time staying here, and I really love the warm color scheme of this hotel. It doesn't have too much cold metal, but it doesn't feel old either. The staff are all very friendly, and they clean the rooms meticulously. Every time I come to Kuala Lumpur, I stay for 7-10 days or more. It feels like coming home to Kuala Lumpur. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm back! The breakfast is also delicious, the bread is quite refined, and the donuts are also very tasty!
