Such a business class trip and super comfort . Its totally exceeded my expectation. First, the van will pickup u 1st at the your hotel, then will bring you to their hq, transfer to the bus. The journey start, took about 6hr from sapa to hanoi. The bus will stop twice for toilet break. They are particulary manage from the beginning till the end. You no need to worry.

A different and memorable experience! You should arrive at the gate by 9:00 PM — the train starts moving around 9:30 PM. You’ll definitely hear the train sounds throughout the journey. There are only toilets available (no showers), but each berth has two sinks to freshen up. The compartments are quite small, and luggage should be stored under your bed within your cabin. They might have different classes with varying facilities.

this was such a nice experience. Sabrina was such a wonderful and enthusiastic guide. We learnt how incense sticks are made. We also saw how classic Vietnamese hats were made by hand. It was a really funny experience and I would recommend everybody doing it.

The journey from Sapa to Hanoi was smooth and well-organized. I received a WhatsApp message about my pickup and train details, which made everything easy. The lounge at Lao Cai station was nice, though the food was just okay. It was my first time on a sleeper train, and it turned out to be a memorable experience. The cabin was comfortable, shared it with two others, and I slept really well! Even though the train was slightly delayed due to a typhoon, I appreciated the WhatsApp message notifying me on this.
