We are so grateful to have 柳生导游 as our guide! She really went above and beyond throughout the entire trip. We truly feel how passionate and enthusiastic she is about what she does. She explained everything so clearly and shared so many interesting details, tips and little recommendations along the way. It made the whole journey much more enjoyable and helped us understand and appreciate the places we visited so much more. What really stood out was her genuine care for everyone in the group. She was attentive, approachable and always happy to help. It felt like we weren’t just following a tour itinerary, we were being taken care of by someone who genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful experience. The tour guide was very attentive, notifying us of the meeting point in advance and sharing interesting little stories about Hokkaido throughout the trip. We had plenty of time at the zoo, and the stops at the subsequent photo spots were just right—not rushed at all. We got to visit so many classic attractions in just one day, making it an incredible value for the money 👍

The tour was excellent! We visited many places. Even though there were only 4 of us, we had a small car, like an Alphard, which felt like a private tour. The driver was very helpful, communicated well, was polite, and always smiling. We got to see everything on the itinerary, plus they added Tomita Farm and a herb garden for us. The time spent at each stop was just right, and the weather was great. Everything went smoothly and comfortably. I highly recommend it!

It was a very relaxed trip, especially since we visited many places with shorter停留 times. I'm very grateful to our Taiwanese tour guide, Xiao Hong, for his enthusiastic help. Afterward, he even shared beautiful scenic photos and discount coupons with everyone!

First, a hundred thumbs up to our tour guide, Sunny! Her English is fluent, her Chinese is standard, and she shows no signs of job fatigue. She answers every question and always has a smile on her face – truly wonderful. The driver was very polite, greeting us every time we got on and off the bus, which is another reason to love Japan. Although the one-day tour was a bit rushed, we still got to see beautiful sights. Sunny also shared her list of recommended local eateries, which was a thoughtful bonus. Thank you, Klook!

Our tour guide lucy is very recommended! not only the tour is fun and amazing but the tour guide as well. Lucy helped us a lot guided us to what to buy and instructed us clearly to where to go. very organized and kind. would definitely come back!

The tour was excellent and the best thing is our tour guide, Andy was able to escape us from long queue on lunch and other attractions because his timing was perfect. The places we visited are all beautiful adding in that the sky was clear. VERY WELL RECOMMENDED to do while you are in Hokkaido. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great time in our private tour with our driver 维钢. His van was comfy and clean. The rate we paid was higher compared to other operators but it was a last minute booking and glad there was still available van and driver to cater us. Thank you. Keep up the great service.
