The hotel is nice and the receptionist is accommodating when we tried to get grab she helped me book overall the stay is good just dont expect much on the room since its affordable

Step out of the station and straight into the hotel: It is truly just a 30-second to 2-minute walk from Exit 1 of the MRT Phahon Yothin Station, making it a lifesaver for travelers whose legs are exhausted from shopping all day. Central Department Store is also nearby, so finding food and drinks is never a problem.

The hotel is beautiful! The location is also great, very close to the MRT station! They even offer complimentary drinks. The room view is amazing, and I gave a hundred-baht tip for an elephant and a monkey towel art. There are three night markets nearby, all within a 10-minute walk. There's also a 7-Eleven conveniently located downstairs! The breakfast on the 19th floor has a rich variety, and the view is excellent!

Exceptional stay—ideal for post-operation recovery! ​I had a brilliant stay at Cassia Rama 9 Bangkok. As a first-time visitor to Bangkok, the front desk team made me feel completely comfortable. A huge shoutout to Jack and Pat—along with the rest of the front desk staff—who were tremendously helpful and friendly. Their warm hospitality meant so much during my recovery after an operation at nearby Bangkok Hospital. ​Special thanks also to Xiao from housekeeping, who took such great care of my room—his attentiveness made a huge difference while recovering. ​The hotel itself is fantastic. I loved the loft room layout, and the amenities were top-notch. Having a 24/7 Lawson convenience store and food options downstairs was super convenient. ​There's genuinely nothing to complain about. If I visit Bangkok again, I would most certainly choose to stay here!

I'm planning to book this accommodation again because I really liked it, and Klook offered the best price. This hotel is comfortable, and I appreciate that the pool is open late and is quite large. After checking out, I had some time to spare, so I worked in the lobby, which was great because it's so spacious.

stayed for 2 nights. some of the pros are that its very near to MRT and linked to shops (7E, McD, etc.). the room was nice. have gym & swimming pool.

The place is very old, it seems like it used to be a rental room. The floor is a bit sticky, and the tiles are old, but everything is still in good condition. The mattress slightly covers the switch for the bedside lamp, as if they forgot to consider how to turn on the light once the mattress was in place. Toiletries provided are only soap, shampoo, a shower cap, and cotton buds; there's no toothbrush or toothpaste. The bidet sprayer is good, and the toilet paper is fine. The bed sheets are a bit worn, which is expected given their age, but the staff provided excellent service. The parking in the building's garage is very good. This price is very reasonable.

The security guard was nice. Overall, the hotel is good, but the reception staff were rude and unhelpful. Very bad. Please improve immediately. I stayed on June 13th.
