We had such a wonderful time at this hot spring. The atmosphere was peaceful, the water temperature was just right, and the surroundings made the experience even more special. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

Great session out with everybody! The facility provided extra gear for us to warm up and clear instructions to make the trip safe and fun for everyone. We went to see 5 caves and it was just amazing. Just sad the chocolate fishes all swam home

The staff members were extremely polite, and you can rent clothes and towels. We didn't bring swimming trunks and asked the clerk about renting them for a fee. Seeing our hesitation, she immediately offered to let us borrow them for free, which was incredibly touching.

It was really amazing to see the geyser, thermal park and understand the Maori culture. The burger lunch is delicious too.
