The environment is comfortable, the service is very attentive, and the makeup application process is very gentle.

The staff was very attentive, and the translator was also very good. Overall, the colorimetry and body shape analysis is good; it's not an in-depth exploration, but it serves as a good foundation. They also recommended products I could buy and provided printed guides of what they explained.

The salon was easy to find. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The scalp treament was so refreshing. Taeyeon my stylist was kind enough to give me extra treatment for my scalp. He was also able to achieve the hair cut that I wanted. The salon is very nice and clean as well.

Easy to book with klook, and we were able to confirm the appointment right away! We booked a consult for five people, and were helped right away as soon as we entered. Jung-Hyan Yoon-Seul were our consultants, and a translator (Hye-Soo) was available to interpret the consult. Very friendly, professional, and informative appointment. The environment was cheerful. They were very detailed in explaining our results, going over our best and worst colors. We had help for choosing clothes, accessories, and makeups! 10/10 experience.

it was an amazing experience! I wanted to go to olive young to buy makeup but I didn’t know what colors suited me the best, with the Lee Ah Hyun help now I can see the best colors for me! I’m really happy with the results, I feel prettier now 🥰

It’s my first time visiting this salon. Came with no expectation but the lovely staffs exceed mine with excellent service and of course I appreciated my hair was being treated by Ms Soo A. She is meticulous from the start of helping me to choose my hair color and the hair cut was amazingly good. Thanks to the great team and I highly recommend this place if you like to enhance your trip with a good hair cut and treatment. :)
