Despite our lateness, they were very accommodating. JungHyun was incredibly helpful and kind. I highly recommend coming here; it's definitely worth trying! For those looking for the address, I'll put it here: Room 205 on the 2nd floor, 353 Sapyeong-daero, Seocho-gu.

The staff was very attentive, and the translator was also very good. Overall, the colorimetry and body shape analysis is good; it's not an in-depth exploration, but it serves as a good foundation. They also recommended products I could buy and gave me printed guides of what they explained.

The salon was easy to find. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The scalp treatment was so refreshing. Taeyeon, my stylist, was kind enough to give me extra treatment for my scalp. He was also able to achieve the haircut that I wanted. The salon is very nice and clean as well.

¡Fue una experiencia increíble! Quería ir a Olive Young a comprar maquillaje, pero no sabía qué colores me quedaban mejor. ¡Con la ayuda de Lee Ah Hyun, ahora puedo ver los mejores colores para mí! Estoy muy feliz con los resultados, ahora me siento más guapa 🥰

It's my first time visiting this salon. I came with no expectations, but the lovely staff exceeded mine with excellent service, and of course, I appreciated that my hair was treated by Ms. Soo A. She was meticulous from the start, helping me choose my hair color, and the haircut was amazingly good. Thanks to the great team, and I highly recommend this place if you'd like to enhance your trip with a good haircut and treatment. :)
