The room is beautifully and aesthetically decorated, and it's very clean and tidy. The view from the window faces Mt. Yotei. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I would consider staying here again next time.

We like the hotel. It is new and clean. Big and comfortable. Lawson is just in front of the hotel. All staff speak English well. The ramen shop in the hotel is good and not expensive. They have gym and onsen. The hotel is big.

The hotel room was large with a great view, and the staff were warm and proactive in offering help. However, on the first night, we found bloodstains on the bedsheets and had to call someone to change them immediately. The hotel is big, but the signage isn't sufficient, which leads to getting lost 😂.
