This was an absolutely fantastic experience, my son loved it, and so did it! A unique opportunity to see a Japanese tradition up close. It was easy to meet our guide, Taka, at the meeting point, he spoke perfect English and gave us all the information about Sumo and it's history. We enjoyed watching the Sumo wrestlers practise, and loved having our photo taken with them at the end. They were all friendly and it was a unique experience. Thank you Taka!

Wonderful! We were anxious about finding our way around Tokyo, especially bus and train transit. Mariko met us at our hotel, she helped us navigate the trains and even explained all of the lines to us. on our way to our destination, she gave us a history teaching about the Meiji Shrine, she taught us how to make an origami samurai hat, she was super sweet and kind. We visited Harijuku, shibuya and she showed us the way to our next adventure. Highly recommend the private tour! we had 5 in our group and it was great to ask questions and have a personal guide for our first day! Mariko was truly and treasure.

It was supposed to rain the night before the tour, so it was cloudy and cold enough to see our breath until late morning. However, thanks to our self-proclaimed weather fairy guide, Jeon Ara, we were able to see Mount Fuji on our way back to Tokyo. It was a breathtaking view after a long wait, making for a perfect end to our trip! I appreciated that Guide Jeon Ara adjusted the itinerary based on the weather and on-site conditions, rather than sticking to the planned order. She also gave great recommendations for delicious snacks at each location and provided accurate guidance and explanations. I realized that seeing Mount Fuji is more difficult than expected and requires a lot of luck (😅). Since the temperature is about 5 degrees colder than in downtown Tokyo, I think April would be a great time to visit, as the cherry blossoms will be in full bloom and the weather will be warmer throughout early, mid, and late April. 🌸

2025/12/28 This was my first trip to Fukuoka with my family. We bought a package tour and saw snow in Japan for the first time. We even had a small snowball fight. The tour guide said that the group the day before couldn't make it up because of the snow on the ground. We were lucky today. Although there wasn't much snow on the ground, it was still a great experience. The scenery in Itoshima was really beautiful, and the palm trees were lovely. We had a lot of fun on the swings, and it was a great place to take pictures. The Ichiran factory is also a great place for a walk. At lunchtime, the tour guide arranged for us to eat Ichiran ramen. I heard it was the main store, so we didn't have to wait in line, which was also a great treat. Finally, at Miyajidake Shrine, we enjoyed delicious food and watched the sunset, a perfect combination. So happy!

We had a wonderful experience on this day tour to Kusasenri Grassland (Kusasenrigahama) and Takachiho Gorge. Our tour guide, Daisy Wu, was very lovely and friendly. She speaks both English and Chinese fluently, which made communication very easy for everyone in the group. During each stop, she also recommended different local food spots for us to try, which was very helpful. Originally, our itinerary was supposed to include Aso Crater as well. However, due to a recent helicopter accident and the ongoing rescue operations, the crater area was temporarily closed. Daisy handled the situation very well and brought us to an alternative spot instead. Luckily, the weather today was very clear, so we were still able to see Aso Crater from Kusasenri Grassland, which made the experience even more special. Overall, this is a highly recommended day tour. Thank you for the lovely keychain souvenir, it’s a nice memory from the trip. Hope to join another tour with Daisy again in the future!

Had a great sunset tour with our guide, Logan, who is very informative about the Gion district and the history and happenings of a Geisha's life. No questions were left unanswered. Thoroughly enjoyed it, just wished it was warmer.

You will enjoy this tour if you are interested in understanding the sumo culture of Japan and learning how the wrestlers practice everyday. In the session I joined, I was able to watch the morning practice of the junior as well as the senior sumo wrestlers, which is a very authentic and interesting experience. The guide also taught us a few interesting facts about sumo after we watched the practice. I would recommend this trip to those who want to learn about this unique Japanese culture.

Very happy with our tour with Yuko. She communicated with me prior to come up with an itinerary to suit us. We booked the 6 hour tour with a plan to see some of Shinjuku/Shibuya (Meiji shrine, loyal dog statue, Shibuya crossing) and then head out to Asakusa (Sensoji temple and souvenir shopping). There were 6 of us including a few older family members. Yuko was very friendly, always checking on us to make sure we were all together, and knew a lot about the history of the places we went. She knew her way around and taught us how to navigate the train system with ease. She helped us find a nice local place to eat for lunch as well. We booked the tour the day after we landed and thanks to Yuko we feel confident to navigate more of Tokyo on our own. She even gave us tips on which lines to catch when we get the bullet train next week. Thankyou Yuko for your kindness and guidance! Arigato Gozaimasu!
