The cleanliness was excellent, and the soundproofing was great. There are many delicious restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It's also very close to Oyama Shrine and Kanazawa Castle! Superb.

Our stay in this hotel was incredible! The staff was always very nice and helpful. The room had a decent size however we did find some hairs in the bathtub and a part of the toilet not so clean. The amenities given were great! The location of the hotel was very central, we could easily walk every where.

Breakfast: Simple but delicious
Transportation Convenience: Close to major attractions, 15-20 minutes from Kanazawa Station
Cleanliness: Very good
Service: Good, plus there's a spa where you can soak and watch the sunset

The hotel is beautiful, resembling a modern Japanese sushi restaurant.
Excellent value for money.

went only for a overnight trip to kanawaza and kikunoya is perfect for a short stay. very close to almost the touristy places. staff very friendly!

The lobby 'staff' were very entertaining. After the initial shock, it felt like a pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located.
