This tour is by far the one I loved the most! It was very productive since we were able to go to all the places listed in the itinerary. Our guide was Baku. and he was so cool! He shared a lot of things about Sapporo, Biei, and Hokkaido as a whole. He gave us a lot of local restaurants to try, too.

This was my first overseas trip with my mom, making it even more special and precious. Thanks to our guide, Seonmin, who beautifully explained the trip and took wonderful photos, those memories are now even more cherished. The Biei tour itinerary was incredibly rich and featured amazing places, making the journey fascinating and fun. Our guide didn't just show us the sights; they also shared a variety of useful information and stories about Japan, making the time fly by! What truly stood out was when I personally lost an item the day before. I cautiously asked if they could make a call for me, and they went above and beyond, even calling the lost and found office themselves, helping me track down my lost item. I felt genuinely cared for as a traveler, and I was incredibly grateful and touched! Thanks to them, my first trip with my mom became an even warmer and happier memory. If I ever come back to Japan, I would definitely love to travel with this guide again. Thank you so much for creating such wonderful memories!🙏🏻

It was such a pleasure to travel with Guide Lee Hye-in on March 9th! Some other tour companies don't accept solo travelers, and I didn't really want to go to Ninguru Terrace because I'd seen the reality of it on social media. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for photos since I was traveling alone anyway, but what I liked most was the longer stay compared to other tour companies. It's a rare trip, and who knows when I'll be back, so it's great to fill my eyes and my camera with memories! I was so grateful that Guide Hye-in continuously looked after me even though I was alone, and she gave great photo pose recommendations tailored to the number of people. Her voice is so clear, and her smile truly brightens people's day! She's like a human vitamin. Luckily, the timing was perfect, from about 7:50 AM to 6:00 PM. Thanks to her, I also enjoyed a delicious dinner without any waiting! Thank you for making my first Hokkaido trip such a delightful chapter! I'll bring my mom next time! 1000% willing to repurchase! 😍💕

I finally got to go on the Hokkaido Biei tour I was looking forward to! Even in early March, the snowy winter scenery was truly impressive. The Christmas tree in the middle of the snow-covered field was much prettier in person than in pictures, and Takushinkan, with its quiet atmosphere, also blended well with the snowy landscape, making it great for photos. Biei Station, with its charming, rustic feel, added to the travel ambiance. Most importantly, the guide was kind and provided excellent explanations at each location, which made the tour even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a very satisfying tour that perfectly captured the winter charm of Hokkaido. Highly recommended!

The tour guide was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful with taking photos, and had a wonderful demeanor. They were very kind and helped translate for me. The driver was also excellent, even taking photos for me and recommending an extra stop for more pictures. The sights were absolutely beautiful, and I had a fantastic time! The only minor improvement would be that the bus was a bit too small and crowded, which made the long journey a little tiring. Other than that, there's nothing to complain about! I highly recommend this tour.
