Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with both cold and hot showers, complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea, plus a mini fridge. The flat iron was a nice touch and came in handy. The receptionists were very friendly and accommodating — we arrived around midnight and were still able to check in smoothly, even receiving a free room upgrade.
The charging ports were different from ours, but the hotel provided adapters, and there were also USB charging options in the room which made it very convenient.
Location-wise, it was excellent — just a few steps from Jalan Alor, the monorail, the MRT, and Pavilion Mall. The area was surrounded by food stalls, convenience stores, and restaurants, making it easy to grab a meal or any essentials anytime. Despite being close to nightlife spots, the room was impressively soundproof, so we slept peacefully without any disturbance.
Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth the price.

The design of the hotel is very modern. Although the room is small, it is fully equipped and the bed is super comfortable! The staff is very friendly, and it is very convenient to check in and check out. The geographical location is also great, and it is convenient to go anywhere. It is a very satisfactory check-in experience!

The hotel's location is also strategic, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and just minutes away from Bukit Bintang Walk. It's very easy to walk around or take public transportation. 🚆🛍️
The swimming pool and gymnasium are clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. 🌊💪
Overall, I am very satisfied and will definitely come again! Thank you to the entire Furama Bukit Bintang team for the top-notch service. 💖
