Things to do in Jurien Bay

We had an amazing experience on this 4-day, 3-night tour, and a big part of that was thanks to the excellent tour guides and thoughtfully planned itinerary. Day 1 was led by Kenny, who got the tour off to a great start. From Day 2 to Day 4, we were with Yan—who truly stood out for her patience, attention to detail, and warm professionalism. Yan consistently kept us informed about driving times, toilet stops, and meal options, and even shared great food recommendations along the way. Her help with photography was much appreciated, and the aerial shots taken at the Pink Lake were absolutely stunning! The itinerary itself was well-paced, covering many beautiful scenic spots with sufficient time to explore without feeling rushed. It struck a great balance between activity and relaxation. What we especially appreciated was the small group size which made the tour feel more intimate and flexible. It’s a great option for travellers who prefer not to self-drive.

Although the journey was long, we stopped at some scenic spots along the way. The sand boarding and rock formation beaches were very beautiful and it was just right for a break! Fortunately, the weather was very good and the water was abundant. The Pink Lake was really beautiful. It was worth a visit.

The CP value is super high!!! There is enough time. I recommend participating in all four days! The sharp stone formations, the window of the world, the pink lake, the wave rock, the rainy Bassetton without trains (no trains, more wine tasting in wineries 🍷) The beaches along the way are all beautiful! The guides Kenny on the first three days and Yan on the last day were very kind! A lot of yo-yo travel!

Highly recommended! Although the scenic spots are far away, you can catch up on sleep by stopping and walking on the road. Even if you get up early in the morning, you won’t feel tired! If time permits in Western Australia, it is highly recommended to participate! Each point is very special and can’t be seen in other places! The driver and tour guide are also very kind ~ great memories!

The three-day all-inclusive local tour was very satisfying. The driver and tour guide Johnny drove very carefully and safely. The package includes a good dining environment and good food quality. I especially like the lobster factory (including an interesting factory tour) and the exquisite Chinese food. The trip is on May 12, 2025. The weather is sunny and the temperature difference between morning and evening is large (12 to 30 degrees), so there are different requirements for clothing. The sun is strong at noon and it is easy to get tired. White Sands Skateboarding Tours are free of charge. In Kalbarri, you can clearly see a group of about 40 dolphins. There are too many flies near the natural window, so you need a fly hat. I heard that the Pink Lake is shallow due to drought. I was very satisfied to see 70 points of the Pink Lake, and the lake did not have any smell. On the way back, we had lunch near the strange tree. It was an old village where we could feed the alpacas ourselves and visit the court church which was about 200 years old and was also very unique. Hotels or motels in small towns cannot be compared with those in big cities. This group will stay in a hospitality hotel, which means a hospitality hotel, not a hospital reconstruction. If your English level is not high, please check the dictionary on your mobile phone. This is a decent motel, but the breakfast is very simple. My family simply skipped breakfast the next morning. The tap water in this hotel is desalinated seawater, and has a sharp but acceptable taste. The price for a group of three is ~HKD14600 and we think it is worth it (dining in restaurants is quite expensive in Australia). The drive is long. Western Australia is huge and many places are mountainous and wild. Internet access is not available in most areas. I was afraid that the GPS would not be connected so I gave up driving. I was also afraid that the long-distance drive of about 6 hours a day would tire out my elderly family members. We were glad we signed up for this small tour group (a total of five people in an 11-seat air-conditioned car) and had three happy days. There is no free bottled water provided during the three-day trip. Everyone should appreciate Australia's environmental protection policy.

The driver/guide is friendly and provides well introduction of Perth and the itinerary. the trip is suitable for people who don’t mind spend time travelling far north to enjoy the scenery.

Especially need to mention the great time management of our tour guide, we always arrive the spot earlier, so we don’t have to queue up; Besides, appreciate his great photos as well!!
