The park operates on a timed entry system (every half hour), and the crowd control measures help maintain order within the venue. Upon entry, staff will stamp your hand, allowing multiple re-entries throughout the day, which provides great flexibility for your visit. There are many adorable animals in the park that you can interact with up close. For example, there are two lambs that roam freely. If you stop petting them, they will gently nudge you with their small horns, indicating they want you to continue. However, it's a bit sad that only one capybara remains from what used to be three. Visiting here evokes mixed feelings: on one hand, I really want to get close to the animals, but on the other, I feel sorry for them, as they are brought here by humans to live in an artificial environment without even the chance to bask in the sun. Overall, I recommend arriving around 10:30 AM. After exploring for a while, you can head downstairs to the mall for lunch. After your meal, you can use your hand stamp to re-enter the park and continue your visit. It's a relaxing and fulfilling half-day outing.

ease of booking on klook. facilities were clean. staff were friendly. my 4 yo daughter had the most fun trying out all the different professions. my daughter gets to earn her own kidzcash and spend it later in the day. there were shows and lots of eateries too. really enjoyed our experience there. we are already planning our next visit too😜

Suggest to fix aircond/cooler at jump street Although shaded & fan is huge still the place is extremely hot as it is zinc roof. the place need maintainance.

The shop is easy to find. The staff and instructor were very friendly and helpful. This was my first time learning pottery, and the process was so much fun. Especially that moment when you see the shape of your bowl or cup forming - it feels like watching your newborn baby take shape. LOL. I’ll definitely come back again. The only thing is the class cost is a bit on the high side 😂

Overall, it was a great experience bringing my family there. We originally booked for 1 May, but when we arrived, the shop was closed due to the public holiday. Apparently, there was a technical glitch in the booking system. That said, the Klook team was very efficient and responsive. They immediately arranged another session for the following day, and the café even offered complimentary pastries for my family, which were delicious. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the experience. We’ll definitely be back to try the keyboard-making keychain activity next time. Can’t wait! Had such an amazing and unforgettable experience with the Airbus A320 Flight Simulator in Subang! ✈️ It was so much more realistic than I expected. From the take-off to the landing, it really felt like we were flying an actual aircraft. The experience was exciting, a little nerve-wracking, and honestly so much fun! 😂 The instructor was very friendly, patient, and professional, and explained everything clearly throughout the session. We even got to experience the landing, which was definitely the scariest part for me! 😭 Luckily, we had a co-pilot sitting next to him! 😂 Highly recommended if you’re interested in aviation, love airplanes, or simply want to try something different and exciting. It’s definitely an experience worth trying! ✈️❤️

Really great experience for my kids at Windlab! The staff were very helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable for them. Special credit to instructor, Ariel, who did a great job calming my kids, encouraging them, and continuously giving them confidence to overcome their fear and step out to experience the feeling of being airborne. It was more than just a fun activity, it was also a good lesson for them to be brave and try something new. Thank you, Windlab team, and especially Ariel, for making it such a memorable experience for my girls. 👏🏻

I'm happy to buy admission tickets through Klook. It's an attractive, clean, and comfortable place, even though it doesn't have many rides.
