There are many adorable animals in the park that you can interact with up close. For example, there are two lambs that roam freely. If you stop petting them, they will gently nudge you with their small horns, indicating they want you to continue. However, it's a bit sad that only one capybara remains from what used to be three. Visiting here evokes mixed feelings: on one hand, I really want to get close to the animals, but on the other, I feel sorry for them, as they are brought here by humans to live in an artificial environment without even the chance to bask in the sun. Overall, I recommend arriving around 10:30 AM. After exploring for a while, you can head downstairs to the mall for lunch. After your meal, you can use your hand stamp to re-enter the park and continue your visit. It's a relaxing and fulfilling half-day outing.

ease of booking on klook. facilities were clean. staff were friendly. my 4 yo daughter had the most fun trying out all the different professions. my daughter gets to earn her own kidzcash and spend it later in the day. there were shows and lots of eateries too. really enjoyed our experience there. we are already planning our next visit too😜

Suggest to fix aircond/cooler at jump street Although shaded & fan is huge still the place is extremely hot as it is zinc roof. the place need maintainance.

The shop is easy to find. The staff and instructor were very friendly and helpful. This was my first time learning pottery, and the process was so much fun. Especially that moment when you see the shape of your bowl or cup forming - it feels like watching your newborn baby take shape. LOL. I’ll definitely come back again. The only thing is the class cost is a bit on the high side 😂

Overall, it was a great experience bringing my family there. We originally booked for 1 May, but when we arrived, the shop was closed due to the public holiday. Apparently, there was a technical glitch in the booking system. That said, the Klook team was very efficient and responsive. They immediately arranged another session for the following day, and the café even offered complimentary pastries for my family, which were delicious. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the experience. We’ll definitely be back to try the keyboard-making keychain activity next time. Can’t wait! The junior circuit looks very easy for the adults, but it was actually very physically and courageous demanding for the children. My 7 years old niece wanted to try it, but when she just gone through the first challenge, she wanted to quit already. I told the staff there to let her walk till the end, don't let her quit halfway. My niece continued the journey. Halfway, she wanted to cry already, she was afraid that she'll fall, but it was actually very safe, even if she fall off the rope, she's still safe, she will not drop from the circuit. The staff actually can use the stairs to reach the children, because the height is really not high, but children are still afraid. And, she was tired and stamina drained because it was her first time going through such a tough challenge. She ended up completed the circuit, but said that she don't want to come again. By the end of the challenge, she was not happy and cannot smile already. HAHAHAHAHHA
