The location is very convenient, directly across from my hotel, Woodlands Resort, at Again Pattaya. It's less than a 5-minute walk. As soon as I sat down, the staff greeted me very politely and prepared tea and snacks. This time, I purchased a Klook offer and chose the body scrub and aroma oil massage. There were 5 essential oils to choose from. The staff provided an iPad to select the pressure level and main massage areas. The room environment was clean and tidy. After the massage, the staff offered mango sticky rice, which was delicious, and also asked me to fill out a feedback form. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I will definitely visit again.

It felt great. At first, I was a bit shy because they don't allow pants. After a while, I got used to it, as some people wore them and some didn't. I love coming here; you can enter all day until midnight.

It was clean, spacious, and luxurious. I had read reviews mentioning outdated facilities, so I was a bit worried, but it didn't bother me at all. I booked a 120-minute Thai massage. I arrived an hour early, but they kindly accommodated me right away. The therapist was very thorough and gave a firm, excellent massage. I was much more satisfied here than at a famous department store spa I visited the day before, which charged about 3,000 yen more for the same service! I will definitely be a repeat customer. It was a bit disappointing to be strongly pressured for a tip, though. The location is about 15 minutes from Terminal 21. It felt a bit further than I expected. There are many restaurants nearby, so I had some dessert before heading back. The spa only offered tea.

This time in Pattaya, we chose to have a spa treatment at Let's Relax in Terminal 21, and it definitely won't disappoint. Both the ambiance and the massage techniques are excellent, and all the therapists are very professional. After the spa, they offered us ginger tea and mango sticky rice, which were also delicious. Plus, the spa is located inside the mall, so after your treatment, you can comfortably go shopping.

We arrived a little late for our reservation, but everything went smoothly! The service and massage were, without a doubt, excellent! The facilities were also incredibly clean! However, the price was a bit higher than expected, and the room felt a little cramped for a two-person bed. Aside from that, I'm satisfied!

A completely heavenly experience, really beautiful building, clean amenities and tranquill environment with lovely decor. Staff had excellent and warm customer service and amazing massage therapists, they just knew exactly where to focus and relieve tension in your muscles. Highly recommend the aromatherapy for 2 hours.

Love it! Please make sure to leave your shoes/slippers outside before entering. They do require washing foot before massage. We back, shoulder and head massage. It’s sooo good! The lovely ladies are very meticulous! They offer snack and tea afterwards. Please do try!

The service is great. The restaurant hidden inside the onsen serves delicious food, though it is a bit pricey. They have 9 modern, brand-new onsen baths.
