Hanoi Opera House tours

We participated in the afternoon Hanoi half day city private tour in December 2025. We enjoyed the tour and highly recommend it. Well planned itinerary, with good coverage and comfortable pace. Pickup / drop-off at hotel is very convenient. Suitable for anyone including elderly. Our local guide was a cheerful, enthusiastic lady, April. She was great, very fluent in english, professional, knowledgeable and informative. We learned a lot from her. It was a great experience overall. Thank you April. The van was spacious for three. Also, Stella from Crossing Vietnam Travel was very accomodating and agreed to swap coffee in old quarter to coffee in train street. Highly recommended!

Such a fun way to explore Hanoi! We really enjoyed the tour and having the opportunity to see local life and traditions in Hanoi. There were lots of unexpected treats and Tuna and Mr C were great guides.

This was an amazing tour. Wearing a Ao Dai (Vietnam's national dress)and sitting at the back of the Motorbike was awaresome. Shout out to our guide "Walter" he was a fantastic tour guide. Walter showed me alot of sities and history of each place we visited and lots of photos taken. Some of the sights we visited were Saint Joseph cathedral, Hanoi house cafe, Ceramic Road, west Lake, tran quoc pagoda, mausoleum, Hanoi train street. I highly recommend booking this tour it was a fantastic experience 😀

I booked a motorcycle city tour. Ethan was my designated city guide tour/driver. It was a relaxed phase, not rushed and not too overwhelming. I like the chill and authentic vibe that you learn and get to try as you go along the tour. Probably my most favorite part was the train history, the information was just right, not overly fed with a lot of information that you wouldn’t be able to remember at the end of your trip. Also, Ethan seemed that he likes what he is doing, he is very in touch with culture and reality at the same time. Thank you, Ethan!

Everything is worth it from pick up till the end of the activity. Our pick up arrived earlier than the advised time. Our Guide, Bobby, is very jolly, well spoken, especially in English language. He explained everything clearly and he has a lot of talent😂 all of the activities are enjoyable. I will surely go back next time with my friends 🙂

the driver is very nice and patient, very comfortable bus. the buffet lunch has many types of food to choose from seafood like prawn, squid, oyster, fish... afternoon tea and the cooking show are fabulous as well. highly recommended.

This trip in Hanoi is the best tour I’ve ever been on. Our guide named Paul was an expert in Hanoi’s history and travel trivia, and he spoke excellent English. He guided us very well, speaking clearly and engagingly. He was a nice person, and the tour we went on was all around great. We visited several interesting places, including a banana farm household. The food at the last stop was also delicious. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the sights of Hanoi in the evening. However, if you prefer to do it during the day, I think it’s even better.

We love the cruise! I was with my elderly mother and aunt. They had so much fun with the cruise. From Hanoi to Ha Long Bay was a good 2hrs+/-. The van was spacious and driver prompt. Welcoming water was provided. PS no bottled water inside the cruise ship so you need to by canned water there. Hot water is provided for free though. Crew and guides are very nice and accommodating. They answer queries properly and offer elaboration to questions. Especially David our guide and another Guide who discussed with me some information about Hang Sung Sot cave. The food was amazing. Literally that you can eat all you can. I love the vast selection. The activities are good for 1 day. Not really crammed. We just had a lot of stairs to climbed. Be sure to know this if you have elderly with you. Overall experience is a must try. ❤️
