It's very close to the International Cruise Terminal and Sun World Park, about a 5-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient for sea excursions and entertainment. From the window, you can see green mountains and the ocean, facing the Sun Wheel Ferris wheel. There are many breakfast options, and the Vietnamese pho is very authentic. The restaurant is also very spacious. For three adults and three children, we paid an additional 210,000 VND for one child's breakfast (for the 9-year-old).

My family had a wonderful vacation, and the dinner at the Pavilion restaurant was especially impressive.

Oh my god!! Absolutely loved the Erina cruises. We booked the presidential suite and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to vietnam. The room was huge, it was pretty and very comfortable. The views from the room were breathtaking. Coming to food, the buffet lunch was good, but the set course menu at the dinner stood out for me. Six courses, and very well thought out. Finally, Sam was our personal guide for the entire trip and he is an ambsolute gem. He is funny, thorough and took care of us the entire time. ASK FOR HIM!! Overall, I am very happy with the entire experience. 10 on 10!!

Positives: • Excellent food! We loved every meal throughout the trip. • Kevin Hung, our tour guide, and the entire boat crew were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We felt well taken care of the whole time. Areas for Improvement: • Our room was next to the anchor, which was quite noisy at times. The triple room also had two beds pushed together instead of three separate beds. • The windows were stained and smudged, which affected the view. • We weren’t informed that there were two boats and ended up on the smaller, older one. The booking photos only showed the bigger, nicer boat, so more transparency would be appreciated. Overall: Despite these issues, the positives outweigh the negatives. The food and outstanding staff made our trip enjoyable, and we would still consider returning and recommend it to others!

Awesome cruise , great service. The first day Lunch was very good , Dinner was a little disappointing & not all the amenities were open. The boat was well appointed & very comfortable.

Nice hotel 10 minutes walking from Halong beach and 5 minutes from the cruise port by car. Excellent quality of breakfast and the personnel Bery helpful. I recommend this hotel, quiet ambiance.
