Awesome cruise , great service. The first day Lunch was very good , Dinner was a little disappointing & not all the amenities were open. The boat was well appointed & very comfortable.

Although the weather wasn't great due to the rainy season, it had its own charm, so we leisurely enjoyed Lan Ha Bay for two days and one night. The cruise staff were friendly, and the food and service were excellent.

I had booked the Elegance, but upon arrival, I learned that due to an issue with the cruise, it had been changed to the Legacy. Initially, I was a bit flustered, but it turned out the new cruise was even better. I was happy to enjoy the wonderful scenery and excellent service during my 2-day, 1-night trip.

We very much enjoyed our cruise with Scarlet Pearl Cruises. The room was sublime, the staff very attentive and everything was really well organised. My only feedback would be about th restaurant: more local options would be great and they should ask the customers on the previous day to select how much to order based on the available options. For us there was too much food served and we hate leaving food behind.

Staff were very accommodating, making a special drop off on Cat Ba Island when finished. Great set menu for lunch, and amazing service from server Tam. Room was amazing, definitely recommend upgrading to the suite. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and shower drain was a bit clogged. Overall, highly recommend and worth the price!

the boat is gorgeous !trust me - I’m a picky , seasoned traveler. we’ve stayed at the Imperial Suite and it was amazing!! the boat is brand new so you can expect new, beautiful rooms! we did have a small issue with a hot water ( shower) but they moved us to the same vip suite next door. they have 28 rooms and 2 suites so the boat is not crowded at all. since we were staying 2 n / 3 d we enjoyed the boat to the fullest. if you can pick the suite I would recommend room 201 . it was definitely less noisy than 202. 202 was just above generator of the boat and that was a bit noisy at night . the suites have sauna ! I wouldn’t even think again and book Azura! crew working on there is extremely nice ! excellent service! amazing food! my only complain was WiFi. no WiFi in suites ( they just need to provide additional access point for those particular 2 suites as they aren’t any wifi there. otherwise you get a WiFi connection anywhere else on the boat,. AMAZING EXPERIENCE AND I GIVE 5 star!

we had a fantastic experience on the Scarlet Pearl, 3 nts 4 days was perfect for us to get the most out of Halong Bay. We enjoyed something different everyday. Boat trips through caves, Kayaking, A trip to Cat Ba island is a must. The beaches there are amazing. Food on board was fantastic & plentiful.
