These guys are the best! If you want the best guide, the best route, and loads of free pictures, this is the company to choose! I cannot say enough about their professionalism! I highly recommend! This was definitely the highlight of my trip!

The process is convenient, but surprisingly, they didn't deliver to the airport hotel. They send confirmation emails for luggage pickup and delivery. The price is slightly cheaper than Yamato Transport (Black Cat). Luggage storage in Tokyo is also available without extra charges.

This was a great service to use. We had our check in luggage shipped from our hotel to the airport. The whole process was smooth. There is an online system which they will update when the luggage was picked up and have arrived at the airport. And you will also get email of the luggage status.

Super convenient and frees up your hands! It would be even better if the price was a little lower. This service is almost essential for traveling abroad. Highly recommended!

After booking and providing the necessary information before 11 PM the previous night, I received a confirmation email in about half an hour. After uploading photos of my accommodation confirmation and the luggage I wanted to send, the front desk informed me the next day that they would provide luggage tags to fill out. I was able to pick up my luggage at the airport during the reserved time in the afternoon. It was very convenient not having to drag my luggage around while enjoying my last day of sightseeing before returning home in the morning!

First time using it, very convenient. I bought it on Klook the night before, left my luggage at the hotel the next morning, and arrived at the new hotel by 8 PM.

Very convenient, saving you the hassle of carrying luggage along the way. You'll receive email notifications when your luggage is received and when it arrives at its destination, which is very reassuring.

The team at Kawasaki Beya are amazing!! We were not sure what to expect, as we had seen tours where people dressed in sumo suits and wrestled, and were not interested in that. However, this tour took you to a former operational Beya where bilingual interpreters talked about the history of sumo. Two retired wrestlers, Tsubomi and Nishiki, then demonstrated their training routine. Both were very entertaining, particularly when they asked for audience participation. The volunteers were walked through a short training session, then given the opportunity to wrestle one of the champions. Everyone then takes part in a traditional sumo meal, the chanko nabe, where they can ask questions of the sumos. We even did a craft activity and left with a gift. Both my teens (male and female) found it entertaining and it is high on our list of recommended activities for anyone visiting Tokyo.
