Jiuzhai Valley National Park tours

Everything was great. Our driver, Master He, took really good care of us throughout the journey. We did have a bit of a hiccup when our journey was delayed due to a road accident, which meant our time touring Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area was cut a little short. However, Master He kindly rebooked our train tickets so that we could spend more time enjoying the scenic area. We really appreciated his thoughtfulness and effort to make sure we could still enjoy our trip. I would recommend people to stay overnight as the journey is quite far.

We booked a large group tour with our children, and before we left, our biggest concern was the high-speed rail tickets and connecting to the scenic spots. However, the entire trip went very smoothly. On the day we visited Jiuzhaigou, we were in the park for a full 6 hours, from morning until afternoon. Our tour guide planned our route in advance, ensuring we visited Changhai and Wuhua Sea first to avoid the midday crowds. The water was so blue that the children kept exclaiming in wonder. The day at Huanglong was even more thoughtful; the guide suggested we take the ropeway up and walk down. The Five-Color Ponds were completely full and shimmered golden in the sunlight. The next afternoon, we took the high-speed train back to Chengdu and were home before 8 PM. There were no shopping stops throughout the trip, and the guide provided commentary on the scenery and culture during the bus rides.

Had wonderful and safe trip guided by Mr Yang the very experience tour guide who had experienced of taking charge of tours over 796 times(杨导游). He is very well spoken and give very clear instructions . enjoyed how he is eloquent in poetry and using it to explain the place of interest and sharing his excellent knowledge on sights and culture of Sichuan etc. He was professional and approachable making sure that everyone’s needs were met and the tour depart on schedule in order for the tour group to get the maximum time to sight see and enjoy the sceneries. This trip to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong was a wonderful experience. The local operator contacted us in advance to collect the first page of our passports for booking high-speed rail tickets and accommodation. The tour guide also reached out the day before departure to confirm details, and the overall arrangement was very well-organized. Special thanks to tour guide Zhang Yue and the driver. Tour Guide: Provided professional and detailed explanations, making the attraction introductions very engaging. Along the way, she thoughtfully reminded us of precautions for altitude sickness, answered all our questions, and was extremely patient. Driver: Excellent driving skills, navigated the mountain roads smoothly, kept the vehicle clean and tidy, and provided very attentive service. Itinerary: Reasonably arranged. Throughout the entire journey, we were carefully looked after by the two of them, making the trip easy and worry-free. It was an unforgettable journey. Five-star rating, highly recommended!

Travel dates: June 14-16. Today is the last day, and we've already started our journey back to Chengdu. Although the itinerary was a bit tight, the weather these past two days was truly excellent, making the effort worthwhile. Both the driver and the tour guide were great. Our guide was very lovely, providing excellent care and assistance. This was one of the most impressive and beautiful trips. This trip was very nice and amazing. Everywhere had incredible views.

Everything was well-planned from the start. The agency confirmed immediately after booking and assigned our guide, Liu. Guide Liu was prompt, responsive, and always sent clear instructions and key details in advance. During the bus ride, he gave a great introduction to the area. Best of all, as a local, he never hard-sold anything—he gave honest advice on what was genuinely worth our time and money. He made the whole trip smooth and stress-free for first-timers. The attractions themselves are a must-visit; Jiuzhaigou is breathtaking and looks even better in real life than in photos. Just be sure to dress warmly, as it can get quite cold! Highly recommended.

Mimi was my guide, everything well organized and knowledgeable tour. Specially in an area which the sites are far away from each other. Totally recommended, and really good value for the money.

Our family group enjoyed a relatively flexible itinerary and excellent service. Our driver, a seasoned local from Western Sichuan, was very enthusiastic and always punctual for pickups and drop-offs. He was also very accommodating and communicative when we requested last-minute changes to our destinations. We highly recommend him. The Tibetan family dinner was not a mass-produced experience; the hosts were very welcoming, and the yak hotpot and highland barley cakes were authentic. The hotel was also very good.
