I was completely satisfied. It's very close to Sannomiya Station, the staff are friendly, and there's a self-service kiosk for check-in/check-out that supports Korean. The room was spacious, and they even offered luggage storage and extra towels, which was a thoughtful touch.

The location is convenient, very close to both JR and Hankyu stations. This time, I accidentally booked a smoking room. The hallway had a strong smell of smoke, but the room itself didn't smell much, and it was quite clean.

Thanks to our guide, Leo, who provided a wealth of information, our Kobe and Nara tour was incredibly fulfilling. Todai-ji Temple was even more impressive than Deer Park, and the Arima Onsen hot spring experience was wonderful. Shopping at Kobe Meriken Park and Harborland was also a lot of fun. I believe we were able to create such great memories thanks to Raku Tour. I highly recommend it! I'd love to go back again.

I was looking for a way to make my parents' first trip memorable, so I booked a tour with Raku Tour for them. Our guide, Luffy-chan, was so much fun, kept us laughing even when we were tired, and gave us many great tips. It was fantastic! The tour wasn't boring at all, and compared to other tours, there was plenty of free time and a relaxed pace. If you're considering a tour with your parents, I highly recommend this one! As a bonus tip, at the end of the tour, they even recommend great restaurants, cafes, and travel spots!

I was looking for a one-day bus tour with my parents and found a course that included a hot spring, so I booked it! Haha. When I went, the gold bath was under construction, so I couldn't use it, but it was still nice to experience a hot spring at least once! Our guide, Luffy-chan, was full of energy, so we didn't get tired during the trip, and she took such great photos that my parents and I made many wonderful memories. We also took many pictures with the deer in Nara, and she gave us detailed tips, so I think we only met gentle deer. Haha. I'd like to book the Kobe-Nara tour again if I get the chance!
