The exterior looks intimidating, but the space is huge! It's also very comfortable and well-insulated. Plus, you're right in the middle of the action when you step outside, and it's very close to the MRT station. I'd visit again!

I went there just looking at the location and the tatami room, but I had a more comfortable stay than I thought. As other reviews mentioned, the bathroom is really small, even smaller than expected, haha.

Got a villa room for 3 guests and the room was spacious, comfortable and bathroom was huge. The train is a 2 min walk away and in a very convenient location. FamilyMart is also right across. I'd recommend this hotel for those who want to be near Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, and Shibuya. Only downside is: water isnt readily available in room. AC is finnicky and difficult to use and operate.
