One of the best experiences ever! Everyone was helpful with the dressing and hairstyling! Recommended doing photoshoot, Malan was amazing! Guides you on how to pose and she responds quickly! Overall no complaints 10/10! once again my boyfriend and I loved it and will definitely do it again when we go back to Japan! ♥️🇯🇵

The best experience for my Japan trip so far! The staff is super friendly and skillful. I was lost because there were so many kimono options, as well as accessories. The staff patiently guided and suggested me which obi and hairstyle to do and I just love the result so much. Not only they provided great service, but they also had great taste in styling you! Honestly I have no complaints. The whole experience is perfect.

There are various styles of beautiful kimonos and hair accessories to enjoy. The staff were so kind, helpful, and good at performance. They took a few minutes to help you achieve a perfect look. The location of this shop is not far from the Asakusa temple. It’s worth every penny!!

Everything was so fun from start to finish. We were so overwhelmed with all the yukata/kimono options and the hairstylists were so fast and experienced they can deal with all hair types and the tea ceremony was phenomenal :) I totally recommend this experience for first commers to Japan.

We rented 4 kimonos (3 women and 1 child size). There were 3 women who were working in the shop (on the 2nd floor of the building). They were very efficient and kind, even with the language barrier. They showed us their kimono selection, then took us to a private change room to put on an underlayer, then they started the process of dressing us. Then we chose our 'thick belt' to match our kimono. After, we sat down for hairstyling. They put a beautiful 4-piece braid in our hair and twisted it into a side knot or left it long. Flowers and white beads were added. Then we got to choose a fabric purse to go with the outfit. Last we put on the 'clogs.' Umbrellas were an additional Y500 if you wanted to use one. The experience was incredible! Great prices, warm staff, lots of selection, a place to leave your coat and shoes and a bathroom on site. Thank you! 👘

We had a wonderful experience with Wasou Komanchi Kanon during our kimono rental. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive from the moment we arrived. They helped me choose the perfect hairstyle and kimono, and made sure everything fit beautifully and comfortably. I never realized how much effort goes into the dressing process, but they made it smooth and efficient. We also booked a 30mins photography session with them, and the photographer — Yuki was amazing, she guiding us through beautiful spots around Asakusa and helping us capture stunning photos that made the experience even more special.

I had an amazing experience! They have a wide range of kimono costumes with beautiful colors and designs. The staff were super helpful and friendly, offering great suggestions and taking care of all our needs. It was a big plus for me that the rental shop is located within Shinjuku Garden, so I didn't have to go elsewhere to rent and return the kimono. The shop itself was lovely, with a nice scent and soothing music 😊

Location: Finding the location wasn't so hard after exiting the nearest train. Noted that need to take lift up to Floor 9. Experience: Kimono still intact when we return. safety: Kimono very clean and no funny smell. Instructor: Communication is okay. Able to understand what they said. Equipment: There is a baggage storage. Overall: Everything went smoothly. Staff very passionate and friendly. If you unsure, can always ask the staff for help. Will give 5 star.
