We had such a wonderful time at the ramen-making class in Kyoto with Miki and Momo! The experience felt so authentic from start to finish. Miki and Momo were absolutely fantastic hosts, super friendly, kind, and full of great conversation. They made ua feel welcome and made the class so much fun. We laughed, cooked, and enjoyed one of the best bowls of ramen we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Kyoto who wants to do something hands-on, tasty, and truly memorable! Many thanks Momo and Miki!!

The train ride was not as impressive as shown on pics. It also depend on which side of the train you are on to get the views. The boat ride was more enjoyable with significant views but duration is abit long like almost 2hrs.

This was one of the best experiences we had in Kyoto! The Arashiyama Scenic Train and Hozugawa River Boat Ride were absolutely beautiful, and our guide Hua Hua made the whole day unforgettable. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive — sharing great stories, helping us take amazing photos, and making sure everyone was comfortable the entire time. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does! The scenic train ride had stunning mountain views (definitely try to sit in car #5 for the open-air seats), and the river boat ride that followed was both peaceful and fun, especially when the boatmen navigated through small rapids. Everything was so well organized, and Hua Hua made it extra special. If you’re visiting Kyoto, this tour is a must — and if you can, ask for Hua Hua as your guide. He’s simply the best!

We joined the Klook Kyoto Day Tour and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The itinerary covered Katsuoji Temple, Arashiyama, Bamboo Grove, and Fushimi Inari Shrine, giving us a perfect mix of culture, scenery, and relaxation. Katsuoji Temple was peaceful and filled with colorful daruma dolls that symbolize perseverance and luck — truly a hidden gem. In Arashiyama, we enjoyed the beautiful mountain and riverside views while trying local snacks and browsing small shops. The Bamboo Grove was simply magical, a calm and dreamy walk surrounded by tall bamboo stalks. We ended the day at Fushimi Inari Shrine, where the endless red torii gates were just breathtaking in person. we especially loved our tour guide Apple, who was super friendly, and made the whole trip easy for everyone. Highly recommend booking this Kyoto tour via Klook if you want a convenient, enjoyable, and truly memorable way to explore Kyoto’s highlights in one day!
