This time, I had a photoshoot with the handsome Mr. Keiya. The photographer was very kind and great at conversation. Even though my English isn't good, he used a translator to communicate with me. We met at Senaga Island for the shoot, and afterward, we were supposed to go to the beach. However, it happened to be a holiday with a music festival, so the photographer immediately offered several alternative options for me to choose from. His photography skills are top-notch! 👍🏻 The next time I come to Okinawa, I will definitely book a session with Mr. Keiya again!

The shop is located inside Makishi Market. Take the stairs from the 1st-floor entrance to the 2nd-floor shop, and just show your reservation confirmation. You'll need to take off your shoes at the entrance and put them in a plastic bag. You'll also be given a large bag for your personal belongings (and a numbered wristband to wear). Any food or drinks should be placed separately on a small table inside the door. Please remember to keep an eye on your belongings, as I left the Chinsuko I bought at Shuri Castle in the shop and forgot to take it with me. By the time I remembered, it was the next day, and it was the shop's day off on Sunday, so I had to leave it for them (cries). This shop is very popular. I arrived on time for my reservation, and there were already at least 4 to 5 Chinese girls getting dressed or waiting in line. It took about 30 to 40 minutes for my turn. I recommend booking the earliest slot if possible to avoid waiting in line and to ensure you get to choose the outer and inner garments you want before others pick them! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though they were extremely busy, they patiently discussed what hairstyle you wanted and what obi (belt) style you preferred. They also helped take photos when they had a moment. The service includes hairstyling and dressing (you can choose between a kimono or Ryukyu dress), but not makeup. Two-toed socks are provided. For the Ryukyu dress, you choose the outer and inner garments separately. You change out of your own clothes in a small changing room, put on the nude-colored bodysuit provided by the shop, and then wait in line for hairstyling and dressing. You can also choose your own hair accessories. Finally, after taking all your photos and taking off the Ryukyu dress, you don't have to undo your hairstyle. The shop even gives you a small hair tie as a gift (you can choose the design). This was truly an interesting experience and highly recommended!

A hairstyle is a must-have! It's the essence of your overall look. The stylists will use curling irons to style your hair, and you can choose your preferred style from the examples in the salon. Even if you don't have long hair, it can still be styled beautifully!

Kintsugi class was fun and educational! The staff was friendly, helpful, and very attentive. Studio was easy to find and very pretty. Bonus that you get to take home your piece of art! Definitely recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately my paint tube was almost empty at first, which made painting difficult, but after I asked the staff refilled it and it became easier. We could choose between a deep blue glass color or a red one. Some of the paint came out more easily, some was rather difficult. You don't interact much with the staff, you can always ask if you need anything but normally you're left to your own to paint in peace.

Location: The room was nice and beautifully decorated. Activity: Very fun, used coral to paint beautiful shirts. Equipment: Good equipment, with a variety of stencils. Safety: Very safe. Instructor: Good and easy to understand.

I was recommended this experience by a nice lady in Osaka and I couldn't thank her enough. I had so much fun painting my Shisa to my liking. I just would have liked to get a bit of history about Shisas even as a printout. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

I highly recommend this place to everyone! My plans changed, and I apologize for the inconvenience, but the aunties were so enthusiastic in helping me. Even though their English wasn't perfect, they tried their best to communicate using a translator. They were even worried my subsequent plans would be affected 😭😭. In the end, they helped me change the time. It was pouring rain that day, and they even put my shoes under the air conditioner to dry them! They were so diligent, thoughtful, and provided so much emotional support. They proactively offered to take photos for me and even gave me a small gift. I was truly and happily touched by their kindness. I hope more people get to know them 💗

It was a unique experience. I was the only customer and was given close guidance in making the necklace. Although the staff could not really speak English, there was an instruction sheet in English and she tried her best to communicate with me. I was also served a cup of tea and cookie at the end of the workshop.
