The hairdryer in my room was quite bad. It blows for +/-3mins, then it automatically shut down due to the heat, then have to wait for 5+mins to make it function for 1 few more mins before it shuts again (No wind/heat can be choose, only 1 mode) p/s: close your curtain for your privacy

very convenient location, it’s located in a mall, few steps away from sunway lagoon, hawker food is right accross the hotel. plus all of the staff are very nice! they even gave my sun a balloon and chocolate since it was his birthday. thank you!

We had a great staycation at M World PJ. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. The room service was great. We ordered hot chocolate at almost midnite and it was so good! We were spoilt with so many delicious options at the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended and we will come again soon!

I had a wonderful 4-night stay here. The location is absolutely perfect because it connects directly to the shopping mall and MRT. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and check-in was fast. I would definitely stay here again!

Since we took a red-eye flight, we chose a hotel closer to the airport. Flying with Cathay Pacific lands at Terminal 1, and you can take the free purple shuttle bus to Terminal 2. The airport signage is not very clear, and we were not quite sure how to walk to the hotel. The staff instructed us to take the skybridge (which theoretically keeps you out of the rain), but actually, when there is no traffic on the ground, walking straight across is faster. In terms of location, it is not considered very close, but the price is reasonable. If you want to buy drinks, you can also purchase them at the airport K-Mart. The hotel is fairly clean and the bed is comfortable, though it does not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, so remember to bring your own. The hot water in the bathroom takes a little while to heat up gradually. Additionally, this place charges a tourist tax and an environmental tax.

cleanliness: 5 stars hotel location: next to sunway lagoon which is very convenient to us who want to go there because there got a private escalator that can directly reach at the lagoon surf beach. we can take the escalator to back to our resort too.
