overall we having a good experience in monkey canopy resort. The water park doesn't have any extreme games, but still enough to let kids have a lot fun. especially on the wave pool. Resort is clean, breakfast variety is ok,not many choices but consider ok. infinity pool can have a good view of dino park. Will definitely visit again in future.

Good location, within walking distance to One Utama Shopping Centre. Rooms are clean & aircon works well. My only complaint is breakfast not good enough, not much selection & quality really not good enough. Persoanlly, I think can skip breakfast & go shopping mall to eat instead.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. You can enjoy a quiet night surrounded by nature. The scenery and resort atmosphere are great, the staff are friendly, and it's good value for money.

We had an overnight layover in KLIA and opted to stay here due to its proximity. The bathroom was clean and had a wonderful hot shower and comfy bed. We loved the fact that its a quick walk from KLIA2 and a shuttle away from KLIA1. Hotel itself is also stylish. Definitey recommending booking here through Klook.

A perfect weekend gateway! Stayed here for an event. I find it family friendly tho I didn't come as one. Properly connected to the mall, Sunway Resort Hotel and of course Sunway Lagoon. Really love the breakfast! The only cons part no mineral water and need to walk a bit to the restaurant for breakfast.

Clean and peaceful ☺️ comfortable for a quiet rest... even though there weren't many breakfast options, it was delicious... professional chef... the room was comfortable, just no laundry bag or slippers... the floor was cold...

room is ok.. breakfast are good but not much options compared to other 5* hotel. roti canai is superb..! the best roti canai ever (after pavilion hotel)

fabulous; only stayed one night in transit. Staff couldn't be more helpful; location is excellent. Good price. Room was great. No adverse comments.

cleanliness: 5 stars hotel location: next to sunway lagoon which is very convenient to us who want to go there because there got a private escalator that can directly reach at the lagoon surf beach. we can take the escalator to back to our resort too.
