The card purchased in the app needs to be exchanged for a physical card, which you can do at the Visitor Center. It served me so well, I used it for public transport and for the entrance to more than 15 museums and attractions. Great deal!

Everything was good. A suggestion would be for the guide to set up a WhatsApp group with the tour members a few days beforehand. This would be great for providing guidance in real-time while boarding or en route to the cruise, until we actually meet the guide in Tallinn. But otherwise, everything was good.

The room was very clean, and the common areas were great. It's a shame I only stayed one day and didn't have a chance to fully use the facilities. The bathroom had a slightly strong smell. However, the only real problem was with the self-check-in process when entering the reservation number. I asked an employee at the nearby restaurant who I could ask for help, and they replied "I don't know"... I calmed down and managed to get my room key. Later, I found out that there was an office with staff right next to the lobby on the first floor. Although I know it's not the restaurant employee's job, it would have been helpful if they could have told me there was an office nearby I could ask... But Tallinn is really beautiful, and the hotel is very nice and new. I would definitely consider staying here again!
