Fantastic 5.0
It's close to the mall, and there's also a fruit stand nearby (the really cheap kind). Upstairs, there's a market with many food stalls. It's truly a one-stop shop, making it a very convenient place for foreigners who have just arrived in Tallinn.

Fantastic 5.0
boarded the ferry from Helsinki and the guide was waiting at a prominent area upon exiting the ferry in Tallinn. Sergei was our guide and he has such a good sense of humour. he makes a lot of effort to connect with the guests on the tour to help them contextualise the point he was trying to illustrate by giving examples of the various countries. he is highly knowledgeable and answers our questions happily. very attentive to guests needs as well. he even recommended us several Estonian restaurants serving authentic food and cautioned us of certain ‘traps’ that might not be authentic. Tallinn old town is charming and worth a visit if you’re into medieval towns . definitely 10/10, highly recommended!

It was great to be able to visit several museums and attractions with the Tallinn City Card. You can pick up the physical card at the tourist information center.

What to know before visiting Tallinn

Brief snapshot of Tallinn and what draws visitors

Tallinn’s Klook bookings are dominated by tours and attraction passes, with observation decks and museums also popular choices. Demand rises and falls notably through the year, peaking in the summer and dipping at the end of the year, so the city’s rhythm is a clear summer-high, winter-low pattern.

When to visit for best crowds and prices

Klook data shows July is the busiest month while December sees the lightest demand. Prices wander across the year: they hit their lowest on Klook in June and are typically highest in February, so price and demand don’t always move together — June can be unusually cheap even before the midsummer crowds arrive, while February is pricey despite not being the peak month for bookings. If you want lower prices and smaller crowds, aim for June or the quieter winter months; if you prefer peak-season atmosphere and the liveliest events, July is the time to go.

Tips for travellers from Malaysia

Most travellers typically book about a week in advance, with some locking in plans earlier and last-minute options still possible a day out. For peak-month travel in July, consider planning and booking around that one-week window or earlier to secure preferred tours and passes on Klook; for short-notice trips the platform still supports last-minute bookings.
