Overall, we had a lovely and memorable stay at The Gaia Hotel Bandung, and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making my husband’s birthday special. Before coming to Bandung, I was in contact with the Concierge and Guest Relations teams as it was my first time travelling to Bandung. I had quite a number of questions and clarifications, and the team was always patient and helpful in assisting me. That gave me a lot of reassurance before our trip. One of the highlights of our stay was the birthday surprise. While I was out with my husband on the eve of his birthday, the team kindly decorated our room. When we returned, he was pleasantly surprised. Then, at midnight, a group of your staff came up to our room with a birthday cake and sang the birthday song for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture and something we will remember for a long time. Please extend our appreciation to everyone involved. We were also very grateful to be given a late check-out until 1pm.

The hotel is realy clean and new. The staffs are accommodating and kind. Also, we appreciate the guards helping us with our luggage. The receptionis has a youthful smile and vibe. I would love to stay here again next time. Cons is that the laundry is not free.
