The staff were generally okay, but there were several issues during our stay.
One major downside was that we were given a smoking room even though we were traveling with kids. During the booking process, there was no clear option to choose a non-smoking room (or perhaps it wasnāt obvious). Thankfully, the room didnāt smell too strongly of smoke, but I still had to use my own car diffuser to help reduce the odor.
The staff also mentioned that bookings made through Klook are automatically assigned smoking rooms, which honestly doesnāt make much sense.
Additionally, we requested soft-boiled eggs three times during breakfast, but each time the request was unsuccessful. We were given hard-boiled eggs instead.
Overall, the stay was acceptable, but these issues were quite disappointing.
