Seoul

This was our main goal in our Korea trip and it rrally ended up being our highlight. There was just a bit of a challenge from our end because I didn't see any options when i booked as to when I wanted to have our ski class (the lift pass may also be used as the gondola sightseeing pass but ahould be used within the same day only) and our snowy land pass. by default, the ski equipment will be rented out before reaching the main resort so if the clients are doing snowy land first on their arrival date and then aki on the next day, they will have to rent the ski equipment for 2 days. then it also needs to be highlighted that even if the hotel chexkout after 2 nights is at 11am, the bus will only leave the resort at 530pm. so better to reserve that afternoon for exploring the vivaplex mall (basement level). good thing for us it snowed that time while waiting for thw bus so we also had a great time despite "just waiting" for our bus back to Seoul. in snowy land daytrippers leave around 4pm.

Been to Seoul many times but this is my 1st time booked my ski trip through KLOOK. Decided to buy the full package that include 1 night stay. It's my best choice ever, we really enjoy the whole trip from tour guide, transportation, hotel.. Tour guide was very attentive and helpful, she speaks fluent Chinese & english so no problem for communication. The arrangement of picking up ski clothing n equipment was very organised and we even got a handsome ski coach! They have plenty of restaurants and cafe at Vivaldi Resort. We got a beautiful ski resort.view from our room! The snowy land is a must to visit as we enjoy all the ski slides so much! It's Highly recommended to get this package especially for 1st time to ski resort.

We had an excellent DMZ tour with Junn as our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the historical and political context in a clear, engaging way without overwhelming us. Junn managed the group very well, kept everything on schedule, and made sure we understood the significance of each stop. His storytelling really brought the experience to life and helped us appreciate the complexity of the Korean Peninsula. Highly recommend Junn if you want an informative and well-organized DMZ tour. Sally was a wonderful guide for our palace tour. She explained Korean history, culture, and royal traditions in a very easy-to-understand and interesting way. Her passion for the subject really showed, and she was always happy to answer questions. Sally made the palace visit feel meaningful rather than just a sightseeing stop. It was a great balance of history, stories, and cultural insights. I would definitely recommend her for anyone visiting the palaces in Korea.

awesome experience with the tour guide who setup my schedule! . my tour guide mention there was a few options that were more for family. he advised me to go with the garden and I was the only one on today's schedule. I worked with him and decided on the garden,Nami island and Seoul sky tower. it was set all in one day. I enjoy it overall.

Traveling to another country can be stressful. Thankfully we booked this trip and were connect with Irene who arranged everything. She made sure we were taken care of from start to end by picking us up from the hotel or train station to even making sure we were on the correct train and in the correct seats. She also arranged for two additional English Speaking tour guides that were very knowledge of the areas we visited. Through out the trip she made sure we were comfortable and made adjustments based on our needs and interests. My husband and I most enjoyed going to their favorite coffee shops or restaurants that were not typical tourist spots. I highly recommend taking the stress out of traveling by booking this trip.

Amazing experience! Would definitely book this again. klook made it easier to book. The night scenery was beautiful. Added bonus was the live keyboard/pianist. She was definitely a highlight. The seats were comfortable. It was warm inside the cabin with plenty of seating

Overall, I had a great experience! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind—especially the person who helped us with the entrance slips. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. My only small suggestion would be to add one more pasta option to the menu alongside the risotto. Other than that, everything was wonderful
