Easy to use, app is simple and provides good info on train routes etc. A bit pricey at first, but you if you don’t have definite plans and prebooked train tickets months before, will recommend getting this to avoid variable prices.

It was easy to locate though I got confused if it was the same train as the one on the tv is different but confirmed it with the customer service in the train station. the train itself is great with table and wifi so I was able to work for 4 hours before sleeping.

I purchased the MTR Tourist Day Pass for my kids and it was a great decision. The pass made traveling around Hong Kong simple and stress‑free, and it saved us money compared to buying single tickets for every ride. A rail pass is truly excellent, especially during discount seasons. If your general itinerary is set, a pass valid for several trips within a month is very convenient. Additionally, once you factor in the TGV reservation fee, it's almost the same as the original price, but it's still more cost-effective than booking at the last minute.
