Things to do in Saitama Prefecture

wow! this trip was definitely value for money. The one night accommodation is the highlight of the trip! The travel agency gave us a traditional Japanese room with tatami! in addition, the dinner was fantastic and the breakfast was sumptuous! not to mention about the free to use Onsen! PS: There is a Lawson near the hotel too. On other itinerary, the admission was free except for the fox village. Sammy the handsome German-Chinese tour guide was knowledgeable about the places that we were going and was also very patience with late comers. We enjoyed following his tour and hope we are able to join his tour in future! And pls expect to sit in the bus for hours because the journey from Tokyo to Sendai is long and on the 2nd day, pls eat more for breakfast because we didn’t eat until 6pm at the rest and relax station.

I took my parents on this tour and was lucky enough to have Mizki as our energetic guide. She shared a lot of relevant knowledge and interesting stories along the way, and even used her own little illustrations, which was so thoughtful. She went above and beyond to take care of everyone in the group. Her farewell speech was really touching. Thank you so much, Mizki! I hope we meet again someday ❤️

A day trip to Karuizawa offers a wonderful vacation vibe: Kumoba Pond's waters reflect the surrounding forest, and strolling along the wooden boardwalk of Harunire Terrace, enjoying coffee, desserts, and bread, is incredibly therapeutic. Karuizawa is worth planning an overnight stay next time. Tour guide Liu was friendly and professional, providing detailed explanations, covering everything from historical culture and customs to cuisine, making the overall experience perfect.

The 2-day Ginzan Zao trip was excellent. Our guide, Tom, arranged the itinerary's timing perfectly, allowing us to smoothly visit Ginzan Onsen, the Zao snow monsters, and the Fox Village. The snowy Ginzan Onsen and the clear-sky view from the summit of Zao's snow monster mountain were incredibly beautiful.

easy to redeem ticket, the place is huge. there is a kids plaza with place for the kids to play separated for infant, toddlers and bigger kids, and there is a kids cafe too. for the mini train driving attractions, you need to download the railway app and win the time slot for the attraction. per entry for a family (3 person per train) is 600 yen. it's about 20 minutes per ride. one phone can get only 1 slot of the mini train ride. the exhibitions is big and really fun for train enthusiasts. there are other attractions such us VR (theres a fee) and diorama (free). all and all, it's a good experience.

The amusement park isn't very big, but because there aren't many visitors, you can ride your favorite attractions multiple times with almost no waiting. This made my whole family very happy. The kids especially loved the Lunar Trip; they rode it a total of four times. And the super cool movie ride experience at the Sunset Theater is a must-see in the whole park. They show two movies a day, and we saw both. Although my youngest daughter cried during both movies because she was scared, she couldn't stop talking about them the next day!

very nice place and the pass was convenient but I want to suggest something. The pass is for all seibu line but if you want to save more time and take faster line, you have to take limited express which is seat-reserved and pay for additional fee. I pay 600 yen for limited express for each.

I've been to zoos and amusement parks together in Korea a few times, but it seems like none of them showed as much uniqueness as this place. I liked that there were more rare animals than I thought, ones that you can't see in Korea. Some areas of the facilities are a bit old, but I don't think there are many zoos in Korea that offer this much enjoyment for under ₩22,000.

beautiful place and fun trip down memory lane . My partner and I travelled during autumn and the colours were vivid. Can recommend.
