Fantastic 5.0
Once again, Klook provided a completely hassle-free transaction for our Hong Kong Disneyland Day 1 tickets for 4 adults! Having the QR code ready was super helpful. When we arrived at the turnstiles, the staff simply scanned our QR code, took a quick photo of our group, and we entered smoothly without any issues. A tip for fellow travelers: if you’re visiting on a Sunday morning like we did, I strongly suggest getting a Disney Premier Access pass! The lines for most popular attractions easily reach 60 minutes or more. Overall, thank you Klook for another wonderful, stress-free experience!

We booked our Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car tickets through Klook while we were already in Hong Kong, and the fast availment was amazing! The booking was confirmed immediately, and when we arrived at the platform, everything was completely hassle-free—they just scanned our QR code, and we went straight in to wait for our cable car. We went on a Saturday morning and were pleasantly surprised by how short and fast-moving the line was! We chose the round-trip Standard Cabin, which was very comfortable and a perfect, relaxing choice for the senior in our group. However, if you are a thrill-seeker looking for panoramic views, I’d definitely suggest upgrading to the Crystal Cabin! Booking through Klook made the whole attraction experience so easy and enjoyable.

If you don’t want to line up for tickets going to The Peak, this is definitely the best option for you. The staff assisted me right away where to enter and scan my QR code to enter and wait for the Tram going up and the same goes when you leave. I had a great time exploring The Peak and would definitely go back with my family or friends there!

When we visited, Ocean Park had a Sanrio crossover event, so there were many Sanrio character decorations and even a Sanrio character exhibition, which was very novel. Ocean Park's animal conservation is excellent; there are many different animals like dolphins, otters, meerkats, pandas, and more. All of them are very energetic and lively. The dolphins even jump out of the water to play on their own, showing they are very well cared for. The staff were also very enthusiastic in sharing information about the animals with us! Afterwards, we had lunch at the Arctic Blast Restaurant, eating while watching the penguins, which was delightful! Perhaps the younger generation isn't as keen on thrill rides, as there weren't many people queuing for Ocean Park's rides. The longest wait was half an hour, and for some, there was no wait at all. However, the staff checked everything very thoroughly, making it feel very safe. I truly feel that Ocean Park represents Hong Kong's theme parks well; the shopping and snacks inside are also very reasonably priced!

Very interesting. it was really smelly outside the museum, but the exhibited were really amazing. I particularly like the tasting bar for some of the disgusting food, and gladly I was able to consumer all of them!

it was great. The Ninja was good as well. While the small little arcade area the some kids don't take turns properly and take a long time to play but over all it was good experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed both the permanent collection and the special exhibitions. The ability to see contemporary Asian art is a major advantage. Currently, a solo exhibition by artist Lee Bul is underway. You can also see works by Korean artists such as Kimsooja and Nam June Paik. The views of the West Kowloon Cultural District and Victoria Harbour through the large glass windows are a highlight in themselves. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which showed great attention to detail. There are food trucks nearby, so it would be a good idea to grab lunch or dinner after seeing the exhibition. (I also visited the adjacent Hong Kong Palace Museum and saw the Egyptian exhibition.)

Nice visiting the HK Palace Museum while only 5 exhibition halls available out of 7 and would be great to have free lockers which would be convenient to visitors. In general, the exhibition about cobalt blue ceramics is fascinating!

What to know before visiting Hong Kong

Top experiences at a glance

Hong Kong’s Things to Do are led by Theme parks, followed by Events & shows and Observation decks, with demand rising and falling through the year and peaking in November. Museums and Playgrounds add quieter, more local-flavour options, and bookings generally climb toward the late-autumn peak.

Best activities for families, couples and solo travellers

Families will gravitate to Theme parks for big, full-day attractions and to Playgrounds for child-friendly outings; these categories dominate family bookings. Couples often pick Events & shows or Observation decks for memorable evenings and skyline views, with Museums as a quieter daytime alternative. Solo travellers and small groups find Observation decks and Museums easy to slot in on flexible schedules, while Events & shows offer a wider range of ticketed experiences.

What travellers from the United States should book ahead

Most visitors from the United States keep plans flexible—typical bookings are made only a couple of days ahead—yet the earliest planners still tend to book around 12 days in advance. Booking ahead matters most in the peak month of November, when demand is noticeably higher and securing popular show or theme-park times can take more foresight.

How the categories compare on price and who they suit

Observation decks are the easiest, cheapest way in for skyline lovers, while Theme parks sit at the priciest mid-point and appeal to families and thrill-seekers. Events & shows have the widest spread of prices, ranging from budget options to premium experiences, so they suit couples and anyone chasing a specific performance. Museums and Playgrounds generally occupy lower to mid-range price levels and work well for quieter daytime plans or family outings.
