2 hours is really not enough to play, because some machines have multiple games in one machine, and there are people queuing behind, so you can't play all the games at once, and you need to queue up multiple times to play them all. Customers who come here for the first time generally don't know how to play each game. Due to the 2-hour limit, they can't read the instructions for playing slowly (you have to fight for time to play, rather than wasting time reading the instructions). Therefore, it is recommended that at least one staff member explain the gameplay for each game, which will save time and make the gameplay clearer. It seems that there are not enough staff on site. I have to praise the staff at G/F Ninja, they are all very nice, enthusiastic and willing to listen to customers' inquiries patiently. Adults and children have fun here, and the overall experience is good! But for the price of more than 200 yuan, it would be more appropriate if you can play for 3 hours, because queuing also takes up a lot of time!

I visited JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG for a two-hour session and had a great time. The venue offers a variety of interactive and physically engaging activities like VR boxing, climbing, and obstacle courses. Everything was clean, well-organized, and staff were helpful. Safety measures and hygiene were well maintained. Some stations had short wait times, and a few had height/age restrictions, but overall the experience was smooth. It’s a fun, active alternative to typical indoor entertainment. Great for friends, couples, or families with older kids. Highly recommended. I’d give it 5 stars and would definitely visit again.

As a big Sonic fan, my son absolutely loved this place! Each of the three floors offered a fantastic experience and was well worth the entrance fee. The lockers on every floor were a thoughtful touch, allowing us to enjoy ourselves without worrying about our belongings. We had such a great time and can't wait to visit again when we're back in Hong Kong!

About 5-8 mins walk from Kai Tak MTR or WTS MTR. Both stations have standing boards showing exit D is the way to the sports stadium. Have to ask around when in the area as there are many shopping malls. Go earlier to get redemption and waiver done. My 10’yr old liked the 3rd and 1st floor. Found it fun and 2hrs still not enuff.

The third floor is very fun as they are a lot VR games that are so special! The 2nd floor is for little kids (3-5years old) so we didn’t spend time there. The ground floor is like an obstacle course.

Both adult and kids enjoyed this place very much. There are games for all ages. would definitely come back, there are a few games with many different game modes and will take more visits to complete.

It was a lot of fun. All the games were in good condition. 2 hours was just enough to try all games on a quiet weekday. But definitely could spend 3-4 hours there.

very hard to locate since we were driving and many roads were still closed so we ended up being 30min late. it is good fun for kids and adults above 6yo.

- To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled time for registration and entry. If you are late, the session time will not be extended. Please plan your arrival accordingly to enjoy your visit
- Participants must wear grip socks for designated experiences. For safety reasons, on-site staff have the authority to determine whether socks are appropriate. Grip socks can be purchased on-site for HKD 30 and can be reused
- JPS Pass: Children aged 3 or under can enter for free. Some facilities in the Future Arena and Ninja Dojo are not suitable for children aged 3 or under
- If your entry wrist band is damaged or lost, please seek assistance from on-site staff immediately
- Always supervise accompanying children and care for any elderly companions
- Individuals aged 12 to 17 can enter the park without being accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above, but they are not allowed to supervise anyone aged 17 or below. Visitors must present valid identification upon request by staff
- Everyone entering JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG must sign a liability waiver provided on-site for entry. The waiver for individuals below aged 18 must be signed by an adult on their behalf
- Certain attractions have height restrictions. Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older who has purchased a ticket. Each adult can accompany a maximum of two children aged 11 or below
- JPS Pass is only valid on the specified date indicated on the respective tickets. Sold tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled
- Some facilities may be temporarily suspended or closed due to maintenance, upkeep, weather, or other uncontrollable factors without prior notice. We do not provide refunds (including partial or full refunds) for any facilities that are suspended or closed for these reasons
