Things to do in Fuji

Our guide Fred was very attentive and even helped us take pictures. The itinerary was followed and we were able to get to each location without any problems. Fred gave good suggestions for picture taking spots and other useful recommendations. Would highly recommend this experience.

We had an amazing Mt. Fuji tour, and a big part of that was thanks to our tour guide, Golddie! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip feel smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. She explained the spots clearly, kept the group well-organized, and was always attentive and patient with everyone. The day felt relaxed yet well-paced, and we truly got to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Golddie as your guide!

We had the best day ever with our very knowledgeable and accommodating guide Hero!! There wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer, and always with patience and a warm smile. His English is flawless so there was no language barrier at all. We had a couple of last minute requests also, which Hero arranged for us without any problems at all. Many thanks to Hero for this very memorable full day tour which we can highly recommend if you want to experience Mt Fuji, saké, shrines, waterfalls and much more in one eventful day.

Definitely a worth it tour, it a new experience that you should never missed when visiting Tokyo. Also I have to commend our tour guide, YUKI-san, for always being there when we need her the most. My friend first lost his ticket then another friend lost his iphone BUT with just one call Yuki-san was always there to assist. Further, she gave list of tips where to dine around Tokyo station and fun facts about Japan. Perfect package for my 12-yo son and me as we have never ski before! We had Trace and Yuyu as our instructors, who came all the way from Osaka to host our trip to the Fujiyama Yeti Snow Ski resort. Trace has been wonderful in rendering the basic lessons for skiing, complete with safety measures and the necessary equipments that we must have for a good beginner experience. We were blessed with the majestic view of Mount Fuji all day long and had fun skiing and playing in the snow. I would recommend package A for you if you are also a first timer like myself. The cafe also serves vegetarian and seafood/fish meal options. Very easy to order using the machine which accepts cash and/or visa/IC/Pasmo. The facilities at Yeti were complete with comfortable changing rooms, toilets, lockers (there is a coin exchange machine on-site if you need 100 yen coins) as the lockers only take coins payment. Overall, a memorable experience for ski, snow, and Mount Fuji.

Tiffany was an excellent guide! From pickup straight to our destination, her customer service was excellent! She assisted out through the whole entire process, made sure we got our equipments and gear and introduced us to our instructor. Her English was great, making communication easier. And to top it off, I left my glove and she loaned me hers. The trip was fun and definitely got my money's worth! Will be back soon! Thank you again to Tiffany!!
