I made an appointment at 430pm and arrived at 4:10pm. I waited until 4:45pm and there was still no masseur. This is not the service level of a 5-star hotel. The waiting area is also stuffy and hot. The bathroom is shared with the gym and the hygiene is not ideal. The masseuse's skills and attitude are the only things worth praising. Overall, this is not like a hotel-run spa and there are better options for this price.

It was overwhelmingly good and the atmosphere was good. However, my elbows hurt because I used them a lot. I think the satisfaction level would be higher if they were a little lighter.
Very professional, very good service attitude, clean environment and good management. I will definitely come back next time I go to Pattaya. I hope to maintain the quality of service.
