I once again realized Klook's attentiveness and considerateness of the hotel's 5-star service. At first, I was told that there were no twin beds and I wanted to change to a king bed. I accepted this suggestion because during the Christmas holiday, I knew that the rooms were fully booked and it was difficult to accommodate. I went to the hotel and asked about it and found out that the hotel upgraded my room and added a small bed for me. For me, they were able to solve what I wanted according to my situation. It was really good. Every cleaning lady Both the receptionist and the hotel receptionist were very smiling and patient. The environment in the morning was very good. I will book this hotel again if I come here again.

Executive Lounge: Package only allows access during Happy Hour. The food selection is limited, offering red and white wines and special cocktails. The overall quality is satisfactory. Breakfast Buffet: Abundant food choices, including Chinese sweet soup. Rooms: Newly decorated with special colors, creating a comfortable feeling. Indoor Swimming Pool: The pool water is cold, as if the heating system has not been turned on.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and polite staff who offered a complimentary room upgrade. They even sent a birthday cake to celebrate my birthday, which was greatly appreciated. There was also a drone show at 9 PM. The pizza-making experience was excellent, with one-on-one instruction from the chef, who was very sincere. The dinner buffet didn't have a huge selection, but it was sufficient. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of food. Overall, a great experience, and the package was excellent value.

This was our first stay at this hotel. We arrived around 4 PM, and there were still guests checking in at the counter. There were 4-5 staff members assisting, so we only waited a short while before being helped. They upgraded us to a deluxe room, which was at the very end of the hallway. The staff first asked if we would consider keeping it, explaining that the hotel was quite full and changing to another room would take some time. We checked the room and found no issues, so we didn't switch! It's peak season during the summer holiday, so it's naturally busier. The room was very neat and clean, and we received a complimentary fruit platter. We requested children's toothbrushes and slippers, and they were delivered to our room very quickly. The package included a buffet dinner with a Southeast Asian theme: it featured lobster, pepper crab, fish, conch, tom yum soup, and more. We were surprised by the generous portions; it was very rich and the taste was good! There were also other food options available, such as salads, sashimi, sushi, chilled seafood, desserts, and drinks including red and white wine, beer, juice, and soda. We were already full from our seafood set and didn't take much from the other offerings. We ate around 7:30 PM (the buffet started at 5:30 PM) and went out twice, but there were no wine glasses. After we informed a staff member, they brought them to us! Only the outdoor swimming pool was open; we're not sure why the indoor pool wasn't. The water was a bit cold; it would be better if it were heated. The hotel could improve by having more staff clear wet towels left by guests on the lounge chairs. When we went to the lounge chairs, people were already using them. We waited for someone to leave before using a chair, but the previous occupants had left wet towels on it, and no staff member had come to clear them. We ended up throwing them into a bin ourselves!

The receptionists are friendly and welcoming, and the hotel environment is very satisfactory. The room was extremely clean and comfortably furnished, though it lacked a bathtub. Room service was excellent; we could request different types of pillows at any time, and when we asked for extra tea bags, coffee, or bottled water, they were delivered very quickly. The swimming pool was not crowded, and there were usually two or three lifeguards nearby, making it very safe. The gym was a bit cramped, as it seemed to be rented out to an external fitness center. In the evening, the executive lounge's happy hour dinner had a limited selection of food but offered coffee, beer, soda, and juice. The morning buffet breakfast was abundant, with a wide variety of delicious options, including seafood.

I booked the Hotel Indigo Shenzhen Dameisha for my birthday this time, full of expectations. I was a little disappointed when I got to the room because it was relatively small and there was no bathtub???? But it was clean, and the air conditioning was cold enough???? The buffet dinner didn't have many options, but it was sufficient, and the taste was average. The only plus was the unlimited supply of my favorite oysters, which were delicious???? The buffet breakfast didn't have many options either, but it was sufficient. The most variety was in the coffee. It's large and comfortable, a bit like a water park in Hong Kong. The executive lounge also has many food choices, with unlimited red and white wine. We would definitely want to stay again.
