The map shown on the confirmation email on the day of the performance is different from the location of the link clicked. The thumbnail of the map is in Shinjuku, and the clicked link shows two completely different locations in Roppongi. So I asked you online to confirm. Then you told me categorically that it was in Roppongi. I asked again and again to make sure it was not lumine 0 shinjuku. The customer service said it was the ex theater in Roppongi. I took a taxi and rushed there, but the staff there told me that there was no such performance. Now I have no time to rush back to Shinjuku. You didn't write down a specific address at all. Then this happened to someone before and you didn't solve it. The customer service was slow and you couldn't even figure out the situation.
