Arcady Premium Day Cruise: Ha Long Bay with Sung Sot & Ti Top

My one-day Halong Bay experience was fantastic. Usually, about 100 people are on one boat, but since it rained heavily the day before, there were only 30 people on our cruise, which made it very comfortable. Even with fewer people, they still provided a buffet. Our guide, Johnny, was very kind and explained a lot about Sung Sot Cave. Also, since my accommodation was in the Old Quarter of Hoan Kiem, which buses can't enter, he personally picked me up at my hotel on a motorbike. He was incredibly kind!

It was definitely the highlight of my Vietnam tour. Pick-up and drop off was smooth. The bus was very spacious and comfy. The tour guide Hien was very informative and friendly. Halong Bay is so serene and lovely, no one should skip it when visiting Vietnam. You can also do some fun activities such as cave exploring, hiking and speedboating. The food was also good. Ended the day watching the sunset- it was a perfect day indeed.

All the staff and guides were lovely, very attentive, and incredibly helpful. Today's guide was wonderful. Food and drinks on the boat were priced normally, like anywhere else. On the way back, we had local wine before saying goodbye. There was enough food for everyone on board. On the day we visited, there weren't many guests, so it was chill and not crowded. We had a private, comfortable family table. The jacuzzi pool was open from Titop Island until the return trip. You could order food and drinks to enjoy. I highly recommend coming here; the service is excellent, not annoying, and there's no hard selling at all. It was a very relaxing experience.

Had the best experience here on the boat! interior was very beautiful and clean. The food was decent, there’s a happy hour buy 2 get 1 for drinks as well. Our tour guide Johnny Walker was very kind, charming, caring, never rushing and very patient with us. Money was very well spent, perfect weather, not too crowded, everything was great!

Honestly, I didn’t expect much at first, but this Ha Long Bay tour turned out to be one of the best days of my trip. The sunset was seriously beautiful—way better than I imagined. Kayaking was also super fun and not too tiring, just the perfect amount to enjoy the scenery. The boat itself was very nice and comfortable, and even the bathrooms were surprisingly clean, which made the whole experience even better. For the price, it was 100% worth it. Everything was smooth, well-organized, and felt like great value for money. Also, our guide Hien was genuinely so kind and helpful. You can tell he really cares about the group and wants everyone to have a good time, which made a big difference. If you’re thinking about booking a Ha Long Bay tour, I’d definitely recommend this one. The tour guide, Johnny, is super helpful and knowledgeable. He and the driver pick up us at the right time and right address, provide us with the premium bus and seamless itinerary. Eventough the one day trip might feel a little bit quick, but they manage it very well to make sure every visitor enjoy the trip! I'm definitely will book this trip again if I have a chance visiting Ha Long Bay in the future.

Overall the trip was fantastic. Got cheaper on Klook. Guide and the bus driver was kind and helpful. Cruise ship was well maintained and crew members were very friendly. All locations in the itinerary was awesome. Well recommended for family with kids. Consider extra towels, clothes, beach slipper, waterproof cover for phone.

The natural scenery of Ha Long Bay, a World Heritage Site, truly lives up to its reputation. The 22-seater limousine bus was clean and the seats were comfortable, and the cruise ship and onboard restrooms were also very well maintained. The guide and cruise staff were all friendly, and the lunch buffet wasn't as extravagant as the photos, but it was generally well-rounded and delicious, which was satisfying. However, it was disappointing that pick-up information wasn't provided until the night before the tour, and I only received it after contacting the company directly via WhatsApp. Additionally, the pick-up route was inefficient, taking a long time to travel through the Old Quarter, and it was also disappointing to spend about 40 minutes at the pearl shop before boarding the cruise. Minimizing this time and moving up the return time to Hanoi would be even better. Overall, I was satisfied with the facilities and service, and I think this tour would be even more complete if the itinerary management was improved.

The tour guide was witty and humorous, and communicated the transportation details on time. The onboard facilities and service were good.
