Honestly drink is as usual what is good about it is not too sweet and special as there are the only one so far I know who have charcoal drink. Service is fine as she long time didn’t help to redeem klook voucher but she didn’t reject me just picture my voucher and let me redeem and she will do it later. For sure value of money as purchasing with klook price is lower. Will buy again if I needed it.

Bought this early bird promo have my very first try on their new drink and this time their launch 3 flavour matcha, mango and strawberry l. I have chosen strawberry flavour it taste kinda like strawberry milk and it came with cereal and ice cream and sauce on top. Overall not bad. Service is fine. Purchasing through klook is ofcz more value in money. Atmosphere is always the same as currently is still under rmco I just take away couldn’t seat in.

Wanted to try their food but they stop selling croissant during this period. As for service is pretty good and friendly. As for value ofcz is good especially if you purchase through klook as the price is lower compare to shop and you even can have extra Benefit like leaving a comment after your purchase and point while making purchase so is a pretty good deal whenever you purchase through klook. As for atmosphere is always look the same as chatto outlook is standard.

Bought the voucher prior to visiting the Bandar Sunway outlet and redeemed it almost immediately. It's my first time trying this brand, I picked one sweet and one savoury taiyaki. Matcha one tasted a little bitter but both the taiyaki crusts were coated with a bit of sugar bits. Overall, worth trying in the cosy cafe environment.

Food taste fine. Have 3 different kind of flavour depending which one you choose. Service is friendly always with a smile on face. Using klook to purchase is pretty valuable as the price is pretty good is cheaper compare to directly paying in store. Overall is a pretty good experience will always purchase through klook if needed. Thanks

Food- I didn’t eat anything here so no comment about it. Service- it is fine took some time to use the voucher because when I arrive there while wanna use the voucher was being told that their branch doesn’t participate. But ended up they let me use also because klook voucher doesn’t state exclude their branch kinda responsible not bad. Value- it depend if purchase from klook ofcz is value is money as is cheaper but if purchase straight from shop them is just fine because the drink taste pretty light like drinking cold ice water dunno is just me who taste that or is really taste kinda just like cold ice water. Atmosphere- only can order from a small window from outside cannot get in the shop yet so not much comment in this too.

Milk tea is delicious, the charcoal taste is fragrant and strong, and it will be supported again. The service staff is also very polite. It will first ask about the sweetness of the drink.

Special flavour, charcoal is the best! Worth the purchase and definitely would buy again. Taste good and service is good. I bought for my colleagues too.

Quick & easy redemption. Staffs were very friendly and the price is cheaper than in store. Will repurchase to the other flavors next time!
