3D2N Sapa Adventure Tour from Hanoi by Night Train & Limousine

I'm currently on the sleeper bus heading back, and I couldn't wait to share how safe and secure I felt during this trip. At first, I was really worried because I messed up the booking and missed the start of the tour. But the staff were incredibly patient and helpful in sorting it out. They even comforted me, saying, "This will be a good memory too." After that, everything went smoothly. The coordinator must have thought I was a bit careless because they proactively checked in and reminded me about everything. They were also quick to help me with any problems I had. The local guide and driver were both very responsible and kind, and the tour was exactly as described on the website – truly trustworthy. I'm so grateful and wholeheartedly recommend this tour!

A very interesting experience to go to Sapa. Traveling with sleeper bus and sleeper train made the trip very comfortable. We got a good hotel with delicious food. Friendly tour guide, and punctual driver. It was a really fun experience especially since we came in October with sunny weather.

sleeper train was a little uncomfortable for me but it is quite tolerating at least we safely arrive to Lao Cai station safe and sound, the transport vans in between the tours were very good and lastly the bus going back to hanoi is also very nice and comfortable. we stayed in sapa luxury hotel which was clean and has a comfortable bed but the best part is the food, from breakfast to dinner were very tasty, has variety and fresh. The organizer is very thoughtful and very attentive so even if you ask for options they would deliver it to you despite the weather conditions since it was raining the whole time i was there i was quite impress with th itinerary provided to me, tour guides i had Susu and Song were very good, informative, patient, helpful and would offer an extra mile just to make you feel satisfied that would really complete the whole experience. the attractions were also very nice despite the rain.

We were supposed to meet at the Hanoi Opera House at the time stated in the itinerary. However, no one came to pick us up, so we asked a Vietnamese-speaking friend from Taiwan to inquire. We then found out that the meeting point had been changed directly to the train station. We rushed to the train station to meet the group. They claimed to have sent an email notification, but neither my family nor I received this message in the emails provided for our two bookings. The supplier's contact information only included a phone number, no company email. For messaging apps, Line is not usable in Vietnam; WeChat must be used. The itinerary should have been more detailed on the description page. As for other aspects, the sleeper train cabin class seemed quite basic, but it was simple and clean, which was acceptable. The included meals and accommodations were very good, with delicious and ample food at the partnered restaurants. The hotel was one that local tour groups also use. The return bus seats were comfortable, and the guide was excellent, providing a lot of information. This tour did not include the round-trip cable car to Fansipan, which required an additional fee. Overall, considering everything, the price for this tour was quite reasonable.

We had a great experience with this tour! Harry and Velvet communicated with us before the start of our tour and responded to our inquiries immediately and politely, which gave us confidence even before the trip began. Upon reaching Lao Cai Station, the driver picked us up on time and transferred us comfortably to the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable, although the breakfast could be improved. Meals at the local restaurant provided by the tour were quite good, giving us a nice taste of the local cuisine. Our guide, Sung, was fantastic—very knowledgeable about Cat Cat village and its culture. She really added depth and value to our visit. The local tour operator in Sapa, managed by Chung, was excellent. Chung and the team were very helpful with all our travel needs and always responded quickly to our questions. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable trip. We definitely recommend this tour!

it was a fun trip. the train cabin is quite basic. so we did not get an excellent sleep. the walk on the second day was quite tiring. but consider the price,it's a good deal.

The staff is friendly and there's no pressure to buy additional options. The package includes must-try foods in Sapa. I only went with the basic options, but the accommodation was in a great location and the room was clean. Also, the sleeper train was very comfortable. Highly recommended! The only extra cost was the cable car fee to Fansipan mountain (which is more expensive than expected), but everything else was included in the price.

it was worth the trip. The tour guide was amazing. and the place was cool. plan to make another trip down there sometime soon.
