• [Lugu Lake Sunrise] Watching the sunrise is an optional activity. If you prefer to sleep in, that's fine too, but you must not delay the subsequent itinerary.
• 【High Altitude Sickness Tips】Avoid strenuous exercise, drink plenty of warm water, and ensure adequate sleep; upon first arriving at high altitude, do not drink alcohol, do not take hot showers for too long, and do not overeat; if you experience persistent severe headache, vomiting, chest tightness, or difficulty breathing, please immediately inform your tour guide and seek medical attention; individuals with severe cardiopulmonary disease, severe anemia, or poorly controlled high blood pressure are not advised to participate.
