Driver is really helpful in navigating multiple places in a day. Even though we were late to the parking lot at the end due to many people. Driver demonstrated good amount of patience and send us to hotel safely
Master Fangfang was incredibly enthusiastic and responsible, explaining everything with great passion throughout the entire process. Whenever we had questions or doubts, she patiently clarified them. What was most remarkable was her constant smile, which my family absolutely adored. I will definitely recommend her to all my relatives and friends.
I booked the tour only one day in advance, but there were no issues at all. The driver provided excellent service. Although he couldn't speak English, he made every effort to communicate and assist us, which made the trip very easy. The driver handled purchasing all the tickets, so we didn't have to wait in line ourselves. Lunch was a shared chicken hot pot as part of the tour.
Not an English speaking guide but a translator available; who was more interested in his own thing than enhancing the experience of others. views were amazing and plan throughout for the itinerary was well structured and timely.
