As Japanese regulations stipulate that vehicles cannot be used for more than 10 hours, please understand if the itinerary is delayed, canceled, or if the time spent at attractions is shortened or attractions are reduced due to traffic jams on "red days" (public holidays) or force majeure.
• Vehicle model used: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. If the number of people is less than 12, a vehicle with fewer than 14 seats will be used, with only a driver and no tour guide. If there are more than 12 people, one driver and one tour guide will be arranged.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
