• In the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, the decision to cancel the tour departure will be made one day prior to departure (6:00 PM local time). Notification will be sent via email.
• The above itinerary is for reference only. As traffic conditions are beyond our control, please try to avoid scheduling activities for that evening to prevent any delays.
• We appreciate your understanding that refunds or rescheduling will not be possible due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather that prevent participation in the tour, or due to poor quality of scenery for photography.
• If affected by traffic congestion, facility maintenance, or other factors, the itinerary or duration of stay at each attraction will be adjusted.
• No refunds will be given by the operator for tours that are abandoned mid-trip due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time, and do not be late.
• As this tour cannot be switched to other departures or joined mid-way, if you are unable to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons, you will need to bear the corresponding losses yourself. Thank you for your understanding.
• Vehicle use: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people in the group. When small groups travel, a driver will also serve as an escort to provide full travel services. No additional tour leader will be assigned, please be aware.
• After the trip departs, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled trip will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred.
