• If the fireworks are canceled, the trip will end early, and no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
• The private car tour provides Chinese driver and guide services for self-guided tours. Due to language service limitations, for Japanese and English, we can only provide pick-up/drop-off time reminders and corresponding explanations of attraction names. We do not offer full Japanese/English guided tours or in-depth explanations. Thank you for your understanding.
• We will send you a confirmation email after 3:00 PM on the day before your trip, which will include the meeting time, guide's contact information, and vehicle license plate number. Please check your inbox (it may go to your spam folder).
• The duration of stay at each attraction will be adjusted based on the actual situation of the day. Your understanding is appreciated.
• On the day of departure, please arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will be considered an automatic forfeiture, and no refunds will be issued.
• If you use WeChat / WhatsApp / LINE, you can proactively add the tour guide based on the information in the email and join the itinerary group for timely communication.
• Please keep your phone accessible during the trip so that the tour guide or staff can contact you in a timely manner.
• If you experience motion sickness or seasickness, please prepare in advance to avoid affecting your pleasant journey.
• Please take good care of your personal belongings and try not to carry valuables; you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
• The journey is long. If you encounter traffic jams, please wait patiently. Our company will not be responsible for any subsequent costs due to delays caused by traffic jams. Thank you for your understanding.
• Infants aged 0-2 who do not occupy a seat are free, but this must be communicated in advance to avoid being refused by the driver due to vehicle overcrowding.
• If some attractions are closed on specific dates, we will arrange alternative attractions for you. We may not be able to notify you individually in advance, so please understand.
• In the event of force majeure factors such as special weather conditions, the event will be canceled. You can choose to reschedule or get a refund. We appreciate your understanding.

• You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
